Best overall feature is the lightweight build of the headset itself. Feels like clouds on both the top of your head and ears. NO GAME/CHAT VOLUME CONTROL ON PS5!

They fit and sound okay, and the mic is an improvement from the H9, but they're not good enough for this price. How are you going to charge $350+ and you can't use them to control the game/chat volume on PS5, only PC? That's ridiculous to me. I had the previous H9, and you could change the game/chat volume with the dedicated buttons, but not with the new, more expensive H9 II version?? For the price, they should have the same capabilities as the previous version and more.

While the dedicated buttons on the H9 II are designed for PC use with the INZONE Hub software, you can still adjust the Game/Chat volume balance directly within the PS5 Control Center. Simply press the PS button on your controller, select the Sound icon, and use the Audio Balance slider to fine-tune your game and chat audio mix. We value your honest comparison to the prior model, and your input on feature continuity at this price point is critical for our development teams.

Feel comfortable but lacks bass

Crisp highs and treble on ps5 and pc but seems to lack in the bass department for what they cost. Ive messed with with settings and such to get more bass but just feel disappointed in that area.

Very good comfort and genius adjustment mechanism

Comfortable earpads and the sound quality is definitely great. Only thing is the drivers are 30mm so they dont have that big thump.

The audio is very clear and immersive. Light weight and comfortable on the head. The dongle is easy to connect to iPhones and PS5. The headphones pair up instantly. The bass is very low, would NOT recommend if you want to hear music.
