The mic quality is also good , would recommend. I had the old H7 and this irons out all the issues I had with it

Great noise canceling

My PC desk is in a loud area of the house and these headphones are the greatest upgrade i've had in years. Feel comfortable but lacks bass

Crisp highs and treble on ps5 and pc but seems to lack in the bass department for what they cost. Ive messed with with settings and such to get more bass but just feel disappointed in that area.

NO GAME/CHAT VOLUME CONTROL ON PS5!

They fit and sound okay, and the mic is an improvement from the H9, but they're not good enough for this price. How are you going to charge $350+ and you can't use them to control the game/chat volume on PS5, only PC? That's ridiculous to me. I had the previous H9, and you could change the game/chat volume with the dedicated buttons, but not with the new, more expensive H9 II version?? For the price, they should have the same capabilities as the previous version and more.

While the dedicated buttons on the H9 II are designed for PC use with the INZONE Hub software, you can still adjust the Game/Chat volume balance directly within the PS5 Control Center. Simply press the PS button on your controller, select the Sound icon, and use the Audio Balance slider to fine-tune your game and chat audio mix.
