Headset is more comfortable than the sony pulse headset and is adjustable. How ever the adjustment doesnt go small enough. Honestly who buys these and extends the arms all the way. With it on the smallest setting it is just a tick better fit than the non adjustable pulse head set. For reference im 6ft tall 160lbs and i dont have a melon head like the engineers who keep making these headset designs. All the r&d and that issue never came up?? However unlike the pulse the h9 is very comfortable even for hours of use on a long night of gaming. There seems to be electronic interference that i never had a issue with the way less expensive pulse headset. For 300 dollars this headset should have less issues but as i stated the comfort is better than the pulse and for that reason alone im keeping them. The capability to use with your phone at same time is a feature that seems unnecessary to me but opinions may differ.but while using headset for gaming when you answer a call your still hearing your games and ingame chats at same time so you must use the button on the side to change which your hearing more of. So at that point i might as well just pick up my phone and take the call and mute my headset. Also theres a switch to go from pc to ps5 this is crucial to switch or it wont display power level on your ps5 hope this review helps someone make up their mind on this product i actually had a friend recommend these he is 300lbs at 6ft he still wear it on the smallest setting if these issue get addressed id be glad to recommend but as of now its a hard pass since the comfort was literally the only redeeming quality these had to offer. And since im tired of searching for a better headset these will have todo.... For now

I was theoughly happy with thos pair. They are lightweight, robust sounding, and they look failry attraive as well. The sound quality is great, the noice canceling feature is a must. The controls are pretty straightforward. The one downside i have is the build quality, as the feel a little flimsy like they can beeak easily. So be mindfull of handling. Overall i am happy, and would recomend.

It's equiped with controls for party chat and game volume on the headset. There are no extra wires or attachments for volume control and that is the best feature in my opinion. It has amazing surround sound and is noise cancelling. Call of Duty, Apex Legends and other games that require acute hearing is perfect for the headphones.

Right out of the box the headphones had a sleek look and feel to them. It reminds you of the PS5 texture and look, very sleek appearance. The package was very minimalistic which is awesome, there are no cords or cables needed, no hubs...it's all wireless and program controlled so there is no need for an external hub. I like the streamlined setup and use of these headphones. I use them on my PC because that's where I do my gaming. The initial setup was completely stress-free and easy, all i had top do is connect the USB receiver provided and when i turned on the headphones it automatically connected. The INZONE hub gives you extreme control over the sound quality, equalizer, ambient noise control, noise-cancelling and button control options. It gives you control over every aspect of the sound and customization. The SOUND is very clear and sharp, i used the equalizer setting and pumped the bass a bit and i now have it setup just the way i like it without fiddling with an external hub like the Astro a40. There is minimal sound leakage when pumping the sounds thru the headphones and the spatial sound option takes a little getting used to but it does provide an echo like setup which feels spacious and surround sound like..not amazing but interestingly fun..it doers add a little bit more sound enjoyment to the gaming. OVERALL AWESOME HEADPHONES THAT DO WAY MORE THAN YOU THINK!

It does a very very good job of using surround sound both for computer and PlayStation. They are really comfy, but I will give a little warning that the headband cushion will tend to start coming off after a long time of use. I bought an aftermarket one because it is simply one of the best I have ever used.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If your looking for a great ps5 headset this is it you can customize eq sound but the only downside it's only available for PC wish it was a app companion that you can download but whatever the headset is pretty bulky but asides being bulky they are clouds that sit in your ears the sound to me it's amazing the aesthetic I'm in love because it looks like the ps5 the flip to mic is also pretty good but the price holy moly I think it tooooopooo high for the $300 is allot of money I would Puth this at the $250 to 230 or maybe even cheaper but other than that to me they are amazing

The active noise cancelling is pretty incredible - turn it on and the noise from the air conditioner 6 feet away is completely muted.

Super comfortable with ear cups that sit nicely onto your ears. Great noise cancellation, very comparable to the Bose Quiet Comforts. Phenomenal sound and an amazing experience when it comes to the headphones 3D sound technology. Microphone is great and the mic feedback is a plus. Quality of the microphone is also above average. Mute button is convenient given you just have to raise the mic up to mute it. Overall an amazing headset. Way better than my previous headphones (Astro A50+) Also 32 hour battery life? Can’t get better

The audio clarity is insanely good, footsteps, reloads, and movement cues all come through clean and separated. I’m picking up enemy positions faster than ever, and it honestly feels like cheating sometimes with how accurate the directional audio is. The mic quality is just as impressive. My teammates immediately noticed the difference the first time I used it. No more “you’re cutting out” or “your mic sounds weird.” My callouts come through crisp, loud, and without background noise. Comfortable headphones......but I need a case

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got these expecting above average headphones (I know, I'm paying a premium price, but I really didn't enjoy the PULSE 3D headphones), and let me tell you I'm shocked at how great these FEEL. They are very very comfortable, I feel like I can wear these all day. The PULSE 3D headphones by comparison felt very stiff and constricting, not very comfortable. These H9 headphones have leather earpads which just feel great. I used to have Astro A50 headphones as well, and its cloth earpads just feel so bad compared to this. They also sound great, which has to be expected with such a steep price tag. On the PS5, going from NBA2K22 to Twitch to Youtube to Spotify, all sounded great. My friends did say my mic did sound a little rough though, which is disappointing. But they could still hear me, so it gets the job done in that regard. I would give this 5 stars.........but I am taking off a star because it didn't come with a case. At least the Astro A50 had a charging stand. Charging the H9's are easy using a USB-C cable, but I would've really liked a case to store this in when I'm not using them (maybe I've been spoiled by the case that came with my Beats by Dre headphones). Anyway, it was a steep price, but I am really enjoying them, so it's an easy 4 stars from me.

However the software it ships with leaves lots to be desired, and it is almost impossible to update the firmware so this is why I give 3 stars, when it really should be 6 stars instead. While I could not update the firmware, and the application does annoyingly prompt me to do so, the headset has the best audio experience in the market, so I will put up with the software issues and continue using them regardless. Putting this headset on and not being able to hear noise around you is an amazing experience. You won't want to use any others if you try this first, you have been warned :)

The noise cancelation has to be the best I ever used for a gaming headset. I live in a noisy area and it blocked out everything inside and out. The sound from both gaming and music is amazing. Pairing up for both PS5 and Desktop was fairly easy after loading the Inzone software. The H9 dongle can be used for both PS5 and PC. Cons: The Bluetooth is only accessible on the PC, So you'll need a seperate BT dongle for it to work on most PC gaming Towers. Most tower motherboards do not have Bluetooth. The spatial settings are real pain to set up. I've had these for a week or two and still can't get it to work. Like I had mentioned above the heat from the ear cups got warm to the point of getting hot where I needed to take them off for a breather a few times. In addition they can not be replaced. Verdict: I have to say overall this is a quality headset. It sounds great on both PC and PS5. I didn't mention the mic because I don't use it. My only 2 complaints is the BT issue that even when you do get it to work will not work with the PS5. The other is the high price. But despite both? I do recommend these.

If a new device is paired after 8 devices are already paired, the registration information of the paired device with the oldest connection date is overwritten with the information for the new device. The headset can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time. Connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth® while connected to 2.4 GHz wireless. You can enjoy smartphone calls and voice chats over Bluetooth while playing games using the USB wireless connection. On the right earcup is the game/chat balance button, as well as power and Bluetooth buttons. Good: -Decent Sound but no EQ option if using them with the PS5, unlike the Pulse3d Elite headset that allows you to EQ them on the PS5. This headset can only be EQ'ed on the PC. -Better design than the Pulse3d & Pulse Elite, as there isn't a single plastic head band that is easily cracked. (Have had multiple of the two listed headsets crack along that poor design choice) -ANC (Noise Cancellation) is very good. We had trees cut down in our backyard and the woodchipper was right outside ofy bedroom, shaking the house for hours. The ANC worked so well that I was able to fall back to sleep with them on. The Bad: - Bulky & Ugly for use outside of the house. -The Mic is subpar and people said that it sounded incredibly cheap, even though the "tilt to turn on/off" feature is convenient. -For the Price there are other competitive options, likely making going for a set of pure headphones, or a gaming headset with more options a choice worth considering. Conclusion: If you're going to use these in the house and want solid ANC, or you are tired of the durability issues with other Playstation Headsets than these are a decent sounding option. If you want something with a good mic, easily controlled through your PS5 for gaming, or something that doesn't make you look like an air traffic controller then there are likely better options available in the price range.
