Have no complaints yet after about a month. This headset sounds premium. The noise cancellation is nice to have. The settings are easy to navigate with presets to help you find what sounds good to you. Or you can change the equalizer to your preference. Can’t say much about the mic quality since I have an external mic. Overall great purchase

Overpriced and lower quality then the alternatives

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have almost exclusively used the hyper x cloud 2 wireless headsets but last year I decided to switch ot up and try out a sony headset since i had heard good things about the more expensive non gaming pair. Unfortunately this headsets build quality is not comparable to hyperx , at least this model. The lever style muting on the microphone is not as intuitive as the button on a hyperx. Multi device pairing is nice in concept but if you go out of range of a device its default behavior is to constantly beep at you which i found to be annoying. The cushions and pads wore out after a year and fell off. All of this at a 300 pricepoint ? Not worth it in my opinion. Much better options tor cheaper.

Sound quality was a big thing for me with my setup and i needed something that just worked for my needs. Going to the H9 was as if i was going back intk a familar embrace as they did everything i needed and more.

Worked Great For A While

Owned for 8 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.As the title says, worked grest for a while “2 months”, then started doign some weird feedback where when theres any sort of audio on the PC whether it be discord, youtube or even playing a game, the sound will get distorted and robotic like for a couple seconds then go back to normal audio. It does this on every pc i tried and even my ps5. Some days itll be fine other days it’s constant itll even do it plugged in or wirelessly. Tried everything, uninstall and reinstall the software and factory reset the headset. If you’re gonna buy I recommend buyign the warranty, i wish i did cuz the sound of these while gaming are great and crisp everything is great besides the whole sound mishaps. Hopefully this isnt a defect and just a firmware fix.

The only reason I switched back to me Corsair brand is because I have a huge head and these were a tight fit. Only sometimes did I notice the mic quality was not great but still loved it.
