If the boom microphone of the headset is raised, lower the boom microphone and adjust its position so that it is near your mouth.

The mic is one of the worst I've heard, specially for a $300 headset. The mic picks up EVERYTHING, i am playing on a ps5 with the mic control at minimum and it still picks up everything in a 20ft range
