Microphone goes out

They are nice headphones and sound great however the microphone goes out often. It gets static in the mic and then you’ll have to replace it. I purchased one when it first came out and had to get it replaced by Sony after a few months. The one that I replaced went out so I bought another pair with Geek Squad protection and sure enough I had to get it replaced using my geek squad protection after 3-4 months of use. If you purchase these headphones make sure you purchase the geek squad protection because it’s not a matter of if it’s a matter of when the mic will stop working.

I recommend anybody to have a PS five a little bit expensive, but it’s worth all the penny. Also, please put insurance on it from Best Buy.

Sometimes Bluetooth can chug and lag. My major issue is the headband. After not even 2 months the headband leather separated from the band causing me to be able to see the foam on the inside. Not too happy after spending $300 on these.
