We apologize for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with your Sony WHG900N headphones. To help resolve the connection issues, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Initialize the Headphones: This will restore the headphones to factory settings and delete all pairing information.

Press and hold the power button and the Bluetooth button simultaneously for about 10 seconds or more. When the initialization is complete, the left and right ring indicators (white) will flash 4 times.
