At Sony we always do our best to provide you the highest quality on our products, here are some things you can try to make the sound better.
1- Make sure the headphones are up to date
2- Set the quality mode to "Priority on Sound Quality"
3- Customize the Equalizer to your liking, adding bass and lowering up or down the volume.

To have the best experience when using the mic function, it is recommended to wear the headphones properly and adjust the position of the boom microphone so that it is near your mouth.
