This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you. We'd like to help you troubleshoot the problem. Please refer to the steps below isolate the issue:

1. Turn down the volume of the playback device if it is too loud.
2. When playing music, if the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP by operating the connected device.
3. If the headset connects to the previously connected Bluetooth device, the headset may only establish the HFP/HSP Bluetooth connection when it is turned on. Use the connected device to connect via an A2DP Bluetooth connection.
4. As part of normal operation, you may find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps and games due to different types of audio compression and transmission.

If the issue persists, please visit Sony support website and search for this article to further isolate the problem:
" There is no sound, the sound is too low, or the volume balance between game and chat is unbalanced (INZONE)"

This is certainly not the experience we were hoping you would have. If the headset cannot connect to a computer or PS5 via wireless 2.4 GHz connection, press and hold the connect button on the USB transceiver for about 5 seconds or more to pair them. We're sorry to hear about your issue with this INZONE H9 Wireless Noise Canceling Gaming Headset. When you are wearing the headset, depending on how you wear the headset, the effect of noise canceling may be decreased or a beeping sound (feedback) may be heard. In this case, take off the headset and put it on again. Do not cover the microphones on the left and right units of the headset with your hand, etc. If they are covered, the effect of the noise canceling or the Ambient Sound Mode may not perform properly, or a beeping sound (feedback) may occur. If any of this is the case, remove your hands, etc. from the left and right microphones.
