Worse yet is beeps very loud in your ear when it is on the edge of the range or too far. Also they are falling apart after less than a year. For this price I expected way more.

I Have Buyer's Remorse After One Year

There aren't many dual-connection headsets out there that also support 3D audio, but you can get all of that in multiple SteelSeries models today for a little more than half the price of this headset and with better build quality and ease of use.

They are practically unusable until you update the headphones with the (awful) App, but the update constantly fails, regardless of how many times you repair, restart or reinstall the app or headset. Troubleshooting with Sony has not fixed the issue either, and for the lackluster audio quality and missing features that other big-name brands have, it is not worth $100, let alone $300.

If the firmware update gets stuck, close all other applications on the computer and then download the firmware again. You can INZONE H9 Headset to your PC via the supplied USB transceiver, simply slide the switch of the USB transceiver to PC and establish a connection. If the device does not recognize the headset microphone, make sure the slide switch of the USB transceiver is set correctly. Connect the USB transceiver directly to the computer or PS5, and not via a USB hub.

Then release a PS5 Pro and remove the front USB so you gotta go behind the system and the receiver plugs in upsidedown lol. The mic on it is mid at best so now I gotta rerun and buy another cable for my standalone mic and have that come out the front of the system cables are going to be everywhere.
