Thanks so much for letting us know you’re loving the sound on your INZONE H9.
However, we’re really sorry you’re experiencing random disconnects with the USB dongle, that shouldn’t be happening and we get how frustrating it is to keep unplugging and plugging it in.

Here are a few things you can try that often help with this issue:

1. Make sure the dongle is plugged directly into your computer’s USB port, not through a USB hub or extender.
2. Try a different USB port if possible.
3. Update the headset’s firmware and drivers using the INZONE Hub app for Windows. https://www.sony.com/electronics/support/headphones-gaming-headphones/inzone-h9/software/00283325
