They dont turn off after a given time or the time is too long for me. Headset lights are annoying then. Great sound, ez to setup and unique.

Your feedback regarding the Auto Power Off setting is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. By downloading the INZONE Hub software, you can turn the indicator lighting on/off (AUTO LED OFF).
In the factory settings, when the following conditions continue for about 5 minutes, the headset turns off automatically.
The wireless 2.4 GHz connection and Bluetooth connection are terminated.
The headset is not in Bluetooth pairing mode.
The headset is not charging.
This setting can be changed using “INZONE Hub”.

Sounds great but made my ears feel weird.

You could hear the highs without completely sacrificing bass like you do with the Steelseries in my opinion. However, I did end up returning these as it made my ears pop from the suction that it causes from trying seal your ears for the ANC. But I will say I have weird sinus/ear issues/sensitivity. Just something to keep in mind. I ended up getting and keeping the little buddy H7s. However, if you need l/want the ANC it was Phenominal. I had a high powered window AC unit running full blast during the heatwave and didn’t hear it all with the ANC on. The mic is fine so don’t be worried about the reviews about Mic quality. Unless you are wanting “broadcast” quality the mic is perfectly passable for communicating in chat. I’d put it a notch above Steelseries. I would highly recommend giving these or if you don’t need the ANC the H7s. Love having Bluetooth connectivity and listening to a podcast and roaming in Destiny 2. Highly recommend.

Big price, big sound.

They felt flimsy at first but the more I use them, the more I see that are built to last. My 7 year old uses them for hours at a time and probably has to charge once a week. The sound quality is well worth it. Bluetooth pairing to additional devices is nice to have but they are big.

Great PS5 headset, quality is good

Buttons take some time to navigate and get used to. They are comfortable to wear, and the reason I purchased them was for the NC which does its job. To me, the only downside is the bulkiness of the headset.

A bit expensive.

I used it for about 2 weeks and i think i got everything down. Overall i gave it a 4star because it is sturdy, it can definitely last you a long time even with daily usage, but its just not up to my standard of what a $300 headset is worth. The sound quality is decent, i was expecting more of a booming bass from musics or explosions but didnt quite get any of that. The mic quality seems good but pnce again the durability of it makes it seems quite stiff where pushing it up is actually quite hard like pushing up a whole face mask. The last thing that annoys me is that it doesnt turn off by itself and when you turn it off it makes a loud beeep beeep beeep sound before it turns off. Overall its a 4 star but id rate it 3.9 or 3.8

Good to know that you appreciate the overall features. We regret to hear that it hasn't performed to your standards particularly with the sound quality, auto power issue, and when raising up the boom microphone to turn off or mute the microphone. The Auto Power Off feature activates after the INZONE™ headphones aren't connected to a gaming device (computer or PlayStation®5) or any Bluetooth® device (smartphone etc.) for 5 minutes, and the headphones are not operated. However, the Auto Power Off feature will not activate under the following conditions:
• When the headphones are connected to the PlayStation 5 with the USB transceiver, and it goes into Rest Mode. To turn off the headphones, manually turn them off or disconnect the USB transceiver.
• When the headphones are charging.
Note: You can disable or change the time the Auto Power Off feature activates using the INZONE Hub software.

As for the sound quality, the INZONE H9 have the ability to create/save sound profile and fine tune sound frequencies to your game for more clarity and immersion using the EQ function in the INZONE Hub PC software.

5 stars best ps5 headset
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I used steelseries 7, 7x and 7p’s until I got the new Sony inzone H9, I was looking for some premium headset with proper ANC and fully compatible with the ps5, I’m not disappointed this is what I was looking for and more!! The built quality is amazing come in solid Matt finish that matches well with the ps5 it’s fully build from plastic but also the steelseries nova pro which is more expensive and with much inferior anc and bass/treble, the low mid and high frequencies are very balanced none feels overpower the other which is great. All the icons now displays on the ps5! The 3D audio software enable you to choose different types of audio I’m still testing it to see what type I prefer most. The mic is okay but frankly I didn’t get this headset for the mic I much, there is no more button on the headset you need to rotate it 90 degree to unmute. The volume nob is solid and is well integrated with the bump that is built within. The cushion on the ear pads is fantastic made from soft leather and if you don’t have much issue with sweating I can assure you will be fine. It’s very comfy and large so it fits my ears properly. The head band is adjustable with clicks so you know if both left and right sides are exact! This is by far the best headset for the ps5! If you want to game on the pc too you can do that by switching the usb dongle, also you can connect your phone via Bluetooth! Totally recommend it. 5 stars well done SONY…

Awesome Headset

It rivals all the best headsets I've owned. Awesome quality audio with great noise cancelling. I was surprised how much immersive audio I was missing from games by playing sound through the soundbar.

Got 2 pair for me and my brother he loves his also he’s owned all the expensive headphones and they’ve all ended up breaking time will tell on how long that last but so far they’re great..

I bought these on sale for almost half off and I cannot complain. These are essentially a gaming rip off of Sony's WH1000XM5s. I have those too. The body and frame is exactly the same. Same features and even how they retract. They only thing different is the external mic and color scheme. If you ever tried a Sony Premium Over the ear headphones, these are it for gaming.

Good sound quality poor design

However… the quality of the headset cushion is terrible. Within 3 months of contestant use but taking care of the headset the cushion began to break off. There are no parts online to repair the headset so if you do buy them GET THE WARRANTY.
