Low-Latency High Quality Audio

I also needed a mobile-friendly dongle (not a mini "set top box" that some headsets have). I have a gaming/work laptop that is typically moved around and many times is in a noisy environment. The noise cancelling greatly helps to keep me focused. I have not seen any other low-latency headsets on the market that offer the quality of noise cancelling that these have. The audio quality is top-notch and allows me to listen to music while working/gaming. I have a pair of Sony WH-1000XM4s and Air Pods Max and the audio quality for this headset is comparable (though not quite as high quality). Music is still enjoyable on these after being used to those other two headphones. Compared to the Arctis Pro Wireless in my office, the INZONE H9 sound better to me. I can play games or watch videos without any noticeable latency. The mic is just your average headset mic - nothing special, but it is functional and other people can hear my voice clearly. If I wanted to get a better mobile mic setup, I would purchase a separate high-quality one.

Sounds great, microphone feels cheap

Excellent wireless headset

Not many know that they can buy an adapter to connect to the USB port on the PS5 and thus be able to use the headphones they already own. Then you come to discover that you can’t use the built in mic your headphones have to chat. Well, regardless where you stand with that practice by Sony, at least know that now Somy offers an excellent pair of headphones. Sound and noise cancellation is fantastic and will allow you to focus what is on the screen. In general, headphones always make media more personal as having the sound so close to your ears really helps one to immerse themself into the media being consumed or played. The negatives will most likely be the size, as these are large. I have no intention to be walking outside with them and they will only be used when at home, so not a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I do recommend, but note that Sony is offering different versions that might satisfy all your needs at different price levels, and therefore do compare the models to see which model matches with your environment and game style.

Misleading

Headstrap is a joke, flip to mute mic goes in and out depending on which direction it leans toward it looks great but cheap cheap cheap material was used very disappointed in in SONY for this but I still like it over the pulse and happy that an alternative exists

HOWEVER, MY ONLY COMPLAINT ABOUT IT AND WHY I RETURNED THEM GO TO BEST BUY IS BECAUSE OF A LACK OF A 3.5MM HEADPHONE JACK. MEANING, THESE CAN ONLY BE USED VIA BLUETOOTH OR VIA THE USB DONGLE. SO BASICALLY IF THE BATTERIES ARE DEAD, YOU CAN'T USE THESE UNTIL THE BATTERIES ARE FULLY CHARGED. AN OLDER MODEL BOSE GAMING HEADSET HAS BOTH BLUETOOTH, USB, AND A 3.5MM HEADPHONE JACK ON THEM SO THEY CAN BE USED IF THE BATTERY DIED. ASIDE FROM THE LACK OF THIS, I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Great for noise canceling

Works with Bluetooth and 2.4ghz t the same time. Sounds just like the XM5. Clarity and ambient noise is great. I use it for gaming, zoom calls, and entertainment. I do not use it with a PS5

Buttons take some time to navigate and get used to. They are comfortable to wear, and the reason I purchased them was for the NC which does its job. To me, the only downside is the bulkiness of the headset.

Good sound quality poor design

However… the quality of the headset cushion is terrible. Within 3 months of contestant use but taking care of the headset the cushion began to break off. There are no parts online to repair the headset so if you do buy them GET THE WARRANTY.

Nice upgrade from PULSE 3D

I primarily use them for my PS5 but I love that I can use it on my PC, and it opens up more options too! Battery life is far better than the PULSE 3D and the noise canceling is a great upgrade.
