Decent audio/fearures. Headband quality - bad

The audio is decent on the h9, the noise cancellation is cool. I like that i can connect to two devices at once, one via the usb dongle and the other like my phone or pc via bluetooth. You cannot edit the audio profile for the headset on your ps5, you cannot mute it using the controller’s mute button, these two shortcomings make me wish id bought alternative option instead. I work from home so i use the headset for work calls during work and gaming after. I did this as well with my aliewares and the only issue after 3.5 years was the clothing on the earcups fell apart. My h9s? About 2-3 months in the daxmn headband fell apart, 299 for this? NOT WORTH IT.

I have tested/used many, many headsets and headphones. And this is my review of this headset while used on PS5. Comfort: 9/10 Aesthetic: 8/10 Sturdiness: 8/10 Sound clarity: 7/10 3D Sound spacing: 9/10 Microphone design: 7/10 Microphone clarity: 6/10 Battery life: 8.5/10 Charge Speed: 9/10 Overall: A decent headset but it’s charging near Hi-Fi premium gaming headset price for less than premium physical design and functionality. You are better off buying the Arctis Nova Pro Wired. From experience I can say it is far superior in terms of sound quality, capabilities, and aesthetic as well as PC optimization.

Best Headphones Ive ever put on.

However the software it ships with leaves lots to be desired, and it is almost impossible to update the firmware so this is why I give 3 stars, when it really should be 6 stars instead. While I could not update the firmware, and the application does annoyingly prompt me to do so, the headset has the best audio experience in the market, so I will put up with the software issues and continue using them regardless. Putting this headset on and not being able to hear noise around you is an amazing experience. You won't want to use any others if you try this first, you have been warned :)

I love that you can turn off the auto shutdown. My razer headphones would do that alot and it was pain when I'm working and needing to turn them back on. Battery is great. You can download the program to view the battery percentage and updates. A little of a pain but really not a deal breaker. Pricing I would say is a little high but I love the quality. Highly recommend them.

Great sound, better 3D soundscape

I really enjoyed these. Super lightweight as well, which is a great upgrade from my Audeze Maxwells. I ultimately returned these, but not because I didn't like them.

Sony Inzone H9 Wireless for PC usage

They were a little bit on the pricey side but the quality is definitely great. I tried on all of the other headphone they had on display and nothing was as comfy or great sounding as these. So you pay for quality here. I give these a solid 9/10 rating.

A Mixed Bag

Good: -Decent Sound but no EQ option if using them with the PS5, unlike the Pulse3d Elite headset that allows you to EQ them on the PS5. This headset can only be EQ'ed on the PC. -Better design than the Pulse3d & Pulse Elite, as there isn't a single plastic head band that is easily cracked. (Have had multiple of the two listed headsets crack along that poor design choice) -ANC (Noise Cancellation) is very good. We had trees cut down in our backyard and the woodchipper was right outside ofy bedroom, shaking the house for hours. The ANC worked so well that I was able to fall back to sleep with them on. The Bad: - Bulky & Ugly for use outside of the house. -The Mic is subpar and people said that it sounded incredibly cheap, even though the "tilt to turn on/off" feature is convenient. -For the Price there are other competitive options, likely making going for a set of pure headphones, or a gaming headset with more options a choice worth considering. Conclusion: If you're going to use these in the house and want solid ANC, or you are tired of the durability issues with other Playstation Headsets than these are a decent sounding option. If you want something with a good mic, easily controlled through your PS5 for gaming, or something that doesn't make you look like an air traffic controller then there are likely better options available in the price range.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great gaming headset the noise canceling is wonderful You're not going to hear much especially if you have your game blasting in your ears You're not going to hear anything outside of that trust me The sound is great The mic sound is great my friends and everyone hears me clearly I could talk on the phone cuz it can connect to your phone and your PlayStation 5 simultaneously l love it The only con to this is that the mic has to be flipped up to mute and down to unmute that drives me crazy I really hate that they should just leave the control with the mute button on the on the dual sense is that a deal breaker no not for me I'm getting used to it but overall the headset is fantastic overall I even connected to my phone just to listen to music,

Sounds great but made my ears feel weird.

You could hear the highs without completely sacrificing bass like you do with the Steelseries in my opinion. However, I did end up returning these as it made my ears pop from the suction that it causes from trying seal your ears for the ANC. But I will say I have weird sinus/ear issues/sensitivity. Just something to keep in mind. I ended up getting and keeping the little buddy H7s. However, if you need l/want the ANC it was Phenominal. I had a high powered window AC unit running full blast during the heatwave and didn’t hear it all with the ANC on. The mic is fine so don’t be worried about the reviews about Mic quality. Unless you are wanting “broadcast” quality the mic is perfectly passable for communicating in chat. I’d put it a notch above Steelseries. I would highly recommend giving these or if you don’t need the ANC the H7s. Love having Bluetooth connectivity and listening to a podcast and roaming in Destiny 2. Highly recommend.

Great headset

Sound quality is perfect for Call of duty and all other games sound great too!! The battery life is great and very long lasting have played for several hours and have never died on me yet. Upgraded from the Pulse 3D and it was well worth it! For the sale price it was an all around good purchase.
