    This headphone does not have multi blue tooth connection for the cost. Noise cancelling is a bit weak.

      Thank you for the purchase and we're sorry to hear what happened with your headphones. Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment.

      Because the USB transceiver, Bluetooth devices, and wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11ax/b/g/n) use the same frequency band (2.4 GHz), microwave interference may occur and result in noise, audio dropouts, or communications being disabled if this headset is used near a wireless LAN device. In such a case, perform the following steps.

      - When connecting the headset to the USB transceiver or a Bluetooth device, use the headset at least 10 m (30 feet) away from the wireless LAN device.

      - If this headset is used within 10 m (30 feet) of a wireless LAN device, turn off the wireless LAN device.

      - Use this headset and the USB transceiver/Bluetooth device near each other as much as possible.

    Second fried dongle.

    This is the second H9 ive had with the same issue. The dongle stops working after 6 months approx. Just wont come back on. I didnt have issues with sound or headset. Just this dongle. Can you not use with out the dongle? Uhh cool.

      Hi Dave,

      We're sorry to learn the USB dongle/transceiver doesn't work properly with your INZONE H9. We'd love to help you troubleshoot your problem and turn this into a better experience. After you connect the USB transceiver to a USB port on the PC or PS5, press and hold the (connect) button on the USB transceiver for about five seconds, then kindly check that the USB transceiver indicator is repeatedly flashing twice in white.

      If it does not light up or won't pair to the INZONE gaming headset, follow the instructions below to troubleshoot and resolve this issue.

      • Disconnect the USB transceiver, and connect it to a different computer or PS5 port.
      • Move any device or cable supporting USB 3.0 away from the USB transceiver.
      • Remove all other USB devices and USB cables from the computer, if possible.
      • Move any metal objects away from the USB transceiver.
      • Restart the connected computer or PS5, and pair it with the headset again.

    Awful value for a $300 headset

    The biggest issue with the headset is the connection problems. While I’m less than 5 feet from my ps5, the audio will often get staticky/cut out as if I’m out of range 50 feet away. The noise canceling isn’t very good, its nothing like airpods or beats noise canceling. The ear cups are so long, that if you wear glasses they cant sit tight on your head which leaks audio. The audio quality really isnt much better than the Pulse 3D headset ($100). I wish I could return these and get a headset from SteeleSeries

Bring the headset and the game console that the USB transceiver is connected to a distance within 1 m (3 feet) from each other. The noise canceling function is effective for noise in low frequency ranges in locations such as offices, near air conditioners, on trains, and on planes and is not as effective for noise in higher frequencies, such as human voices. You can check the noise canceling settings with “INZONE Hub”. Soft-fit leather ear pads are shaped to minimize pressure on your ears by optimizing contact with the side of your head. This highly stretchable ear pad material is designed for comfort, stability and sound insulation.

    Well i would love to use them. They got stuck in an update and the Sony app on my PC sucks. Best buy support was a joke. I will have to stop in this week for help to my local bestbuy

    5 months old and falling apart

    After 5 months this headset is a failure on many levels. The connection is not stable and has static issues. The firmware will not update on the USB dongle. The leather on the headband fell off. Its not torn or worn, the glue failed and it literally just fell off. For the $300 this headset cost it is not even a year old and its barely usable. Sony support has been less than helpful.

    Really poor build quality

    Good headphones but the top headrest part falls apart really easily. You don’t even have to do anything big to it and it falls apart. The fake leather is attached to the plastic very poorly so after 4 months of use it just let go and the sponge just came off. Its just hard plastic sitting on your head. If that’s your thing go for it but if you like the top of your head not getting poked by hard plastic pass on this.
