The faux leather on the headband started peeling within 12 months, the volume wheel button has completely stopped working, and the wireless connection to the dongle periodically drops out with interference. For a headset in this price range, I expected the hardware to hold up a lot better. Sound quality was good while it lasted, but I can’t recommend it given how it’s degraded.

Auido quality is great and the headset is comfy!

Also, sometimes I don’t like having it within my vision just so I can be heard.

Having to physically flip the microphone up or down to be heard can be inconvenient, and having it within your vision can be distracting. However, I decided to return it because the sound quality was not satisfactory. I suspect that there was an issue with the specific unit I had, so I exchanged it. The new product worked well, but there was a recurring issue with the volume button on the side. Every time I turned my head, the volume would either increase or decrease. This became quite annoying. I tried to troubleshoot the problem by asking friends, but they were not able to hear me clearly. I believe that this issue needs to be addressed.
