Regarding your issue when using the INZONE H9 Gaming Headphones with your PC, if you haven't yet, please ensure that you are using our INZONE Hub for PC so you can get the most out of these Headphones. The INZONE Hub PC software allows you to personalize your INZONE H9 experience by customizing a wide range of operations, including a variety of sound and hardware settings. Fine tune sound frequencies to your game for more clarity and immersion using the EQ function.

Thanks for reaching out about your INZONE H9 headset. We totally understand how frustrating it is when a new headset doesn't quite fit right. We truly apologize for that experience.

Since the INZONE H9 has an adjustable headband, here's a simple trick that often helps when the overall frame feels a bit loose: try adjusting the headband to its very smallest setting by pulling the earcups up until they can't go any higher and then make sure the earcups are sitting flat and flush over your ears, as sometimes even one small click can make a huge difference in the fit.

please make sure the noise canceling function is turned on. You can check the noise canceling settings with “INZONE Hub”. Put on the headset snugly to a comfortable position. The noise canceling function is effective for noise in low frequency ranges in locations such as offices, near air conditioners, on trains, and on planes and is not as effective for noise in higher frequencies, such as human voices.
