Thank you for the review and we're glad to hear that you like the sound quality of the headphones. We're sorry to hear what happened with the microphone of the headphones. If you connect the headphones to a computer, the Equalizer, Spatial Sound, Dynamic Range Control, Game/Chat Balance, and Microphone volume settings are active only when the headphones are connected using the USB transceiver with the USB transceiver switch set to PC. These settings can't work when they are connected with a Bluetooth connection. We recommend using the INZONE Hub to adjust the microphone volume of the headphones.

Hi LeoM, thanks for choosing and purchasing our product. We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with the EQ of the INZONE H9. The EQ feature of the INZONE headset is not compatible with the PS5. You can only modify the EQ settings via the INZONE Hub on a PC, and these adjustments cannot be transferred or utilized on the PS5. We appreciate your understanding.
