Hi Yonnies, We're sorry to hear about your issue with the mic of the INZONE H9 Wireless Noise Cancelling Gaming Headset. We apologize for any inconvenience. Extend the slider to adjust the length of the headband. Put the headset on your head with the (left) mark on your left ear and the (right) mark on your right ear. There is a boom microphone on the (left) mark side. Adjust the position of the boom microphone so that it is near your mouth. Refer to this link for more details:

At Sony we always do our best to provide you the highest quality on our products, here are some things you can try to make the sound better.
1- Make sure the headphones are up to date
2- Set the quality mode to "Priority on Sound Quality"
3- Customize the Equalizer to your liking, adding bass and lowering up or down the volume.

Please make sure that the microphone setting is set to [INZONE H9 - CHAT] in the sound settings of the computer. If the boom microphone of the headset is raised, lower the boom microphone and adjust its position so that it is near your mouth.

For sound quality issues, you can switch the settings and check the sound quality mode with “INZONE Hub”. When you want to prioritize the sound quality, select [Priority on Sound Quality]. Please follow this link for more details:
