Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a great gaming headset the noise canceling is wonderful You're not going to hear much especially if you have your game blasting in your ears You're not going to hear anything outside of that trust me The sound is great The mic sound is great my friends and everyone hears me clearly I could talk on the phone cuz it can connect to your phone and your PlayStation 5 simultaneously l love it The only con to this is that the mic has to be flipped up to mute and down to unmute that drives me crazy I really hate that they should just leave the control with the mute button on the on the dual sense is that a deal breaker no not for me I'm getting used to it but overall the headset is fantastic overall I even connected to my phone just to listen to music,

You could hear the highs without completely sacrificing bass like you do with the Steelseries in my opinion. However, I did end up returning these as it made my ears pop from the suction that it causes from trying seal your ears for the ANC. But I will say I have weird sinus/ear issues/sensitivity. Just something to keep in mind. I ended up getting and keeping the little buddy H7s. However, if you need l/want the ANC it was Phenominal. I had a high powered window AC unit running full blast during the heatwave and didn’t hear it all with the ANC on. The mic is fine so don’t be worried about the reviews about Mic quality. Unless you are wanting “broadcast” quality the mic is perfectly passable for communicating in chat. I’d put it a notch above Steelseries. I would highly recommend giving these or if you don’t need the ANC the H7s. Love having Bluetooth connectivity and listening to a podcast and roaming in Destiny 2. Highly recommend.

Sound quality is perfect for Call of duty and all other games sound great too!! The battery life is great and very long lasting have played for several hours and have never died on me yet. Upgraded from the Pulse 3D and it was well worth it! For the sale price it was an all around good purchase.

Your feedback regarding the Auto Power Off setting is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. By downloading the INZONE Hub software, you can turn the indicator lighting on/off (AUTO LED OFF).
In the factory settings, when the following conditions continue for about 5 minutes, the headset turns off automatically.
The wireless 2.4 GHz connection and Bluetooth connection are terminated.
The headset is not in Bluetooth pairing mode.
The headset is not charging.
This setting can be changed using “INZONE Hub”.

He loves them, he says they’re noticeably much better quality than the last set I bought him (they were about 100 bucks cheaper) but they were still good quality. He was skeptical that a headset could get much better but we were pleasantly surprised. The noise cancellation is top tier. Would definitely recommend.

Owned for 11 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have almost exclusively used the hyper x cloud 2 wireless headsets but last year I decided to switch ot up and try out a sony headset since i had heard good things about the more expensive non gaming pair. Unfortunately this headsets build quality is not comparable to hyperx , at least this model. The lever style muting on the microphone is not as intuitive as the button on a hyperx. Multi device pairing is nice in concept but if you go out of range of a device its default behavior is to constantly beep at you which i found to be annoying. The cushions and pads wore out after a year and fell off. All of this at a 300 pricepoint ? Not worth it in my opinion. Much better options tor cheaper.

They felt flimsy at first but the more I use them, the more I see that are built to last. My 7 year old uses them for hours at a time and probably has to charge once a week. However, I decided to return it because the sound quality was not satisfactory. I suspect that there was an issue with the specific unit I had, so I exchanged it. The new product worked well, but there was a recurring issue with the volume button on the side. Every time I turned my head, the volume would either increase or decrease. This became quite annoying. I tried to troubleshoot the problem by asking friends, but they were not able to hear me clearly. I believe that this issue needs to be addressed.
