      Hi OlmanM,

We're sorry to hear you're not having a great experience with the noise canceling and fit of your LinkBuds Fit earbuds. Both of these are crucial for a great listening experience. We recommend trying the different ear tip sizes included in the box to ensure you get a proper seal, as this can significantly improve both noise cancellation and stability.

Hi SpeKT, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Sony - LinkBuds Fit. We are truly sorry to hear that they've not performed as you expected, and that the right earbud isn't working anymore. This is not the experience we want you to have. Here are some recommendations: as per sound quality, this model allows you to customize it to your liking, you can download the Sony Sound Connect app and use the Equalizer, select Clear bass setting, set the 360 Reality Audio on, and so much more! In regards to the right earbud not working, you can try:
      - Cleaning the charging contacts on the right earbud and case
      - Initializing the headset to restore factory settings

Battery issues immediately. I’ve had two pairs of Linkbuds S and each after a year had battery issues. I tried these and immediately the right one didn’t register that it was connected to the charging magnets. Returned immediately. Sound 6/10. The turquoise is beautiful and fit well. Wish there wasn’t an issue with them.

Hi 1Choice21, We are sorry to hear that you are having difficulties with your Sony LinkBuds Fit. Please try to replace Ear Fitting Supporters and check if the issue still occurs: The LinkBuds Fit come with medium-sized (M) ear fitting supporters attached. If these are too big or too small, you can try different sizes to find the best fit. It's recommended to start with larger sizes and work your way down to smaller sizes until you find the most comfortable fit. The best fitting supporter may be different for each ear. You can follow the instructions to replace the fitting supporters:

Gently raise the fitting supporter and remove it from one side of the LinkBuds.
Select a different size fitting supporter and align the protruding part of the LinkBud with the cutout on the fitting supporter.
Make sure to insert the fitting supporter completely and check that there is no movement on the LinkBuds by shaking your head back and forth.

Should you need assistance with your Sony product, please contact us for help.

      Hi Cidlet,

We are truly sorry to hear that your LinkBuds Fit are losing their charge so quickly. This certainly isn't the experience we want you to have with our products, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

To get your earbuds back in working order, we recommend trying the following steps:

1- Check for Updates: Please ensure your earbuds are running the latest firmware via the Sony | Sound Connect app. Often, a quick software update can resolve power management issues.

2- Reset the Headset: This process refreshes the device without deleting your pairing information. You can find the step-by-step guide here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2975/v1/en/contents/TP1001614211.html

3- Initialize the Headset: If a reset doesn't work, initializing the device to factory settings is the next best step. Please note this will delete your pairing data. Instructions are available here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2975/v1/en/contents/TP1001614210.html

If the battery issue persists after these steps, we want to make this right. Please reach out to our dedicated technical support team so we can investigate further:

They started off really great but now it has been 2 months since i got them and they started going in and out. The sound changes in volume on it sown and the speaker already sounds like it blew out. One earbud stopped working all together. They tend to also disconnect on their own. Hi AnnayR,

This is not the experience that we want you to have. Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). Resetting and initializing the headset may help resolve those issues:

      Resetting the headset
-Set the headset units into the charging case. Leave the charging case lid open.
-Press and hold the reset button on the back of the charging case for about 20 seconds or more. After about 15 seconds, the indicator (orange) on the charging case flashes for about 5 seconds. Then, the indicator on the charging case turns off and the headset will be reset.

Note: Do not release your finger from the reset button on the charging case while the indicator (orange) is flashing. If you release your finger, the headset will be initialized

-Check that the indicator turns off and then release your finger. The pairing information and other settings are retained.

If the headset does not operate correctly even after resetting, initialize the headset to restore factory settings.

      Initializing the headset
-Set the headset units into the charging case. Leave the charging case lid open.
-Press and hold the initialize button on the back of the charging case for about 15 seconds or more. After about 15 seconds, the indicator (orange) on the charging case flashes for about 5 seconds.
-Release your finger within 5 seconds after the indicator (orange) on the charging case starts flashing. When the initializing is complete, the indicator (green) on the charging case flashes 4 times.

This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the connected device and then pair them again.

These headphones come with a 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty. If still not resolved, please contact our product support team via phone call or chat through this link:

      Hi Solo,
We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the case for your WF-LS910N earbuds. We appreciate you sharing this feedback. While we're glad you're enjoying the sound and color, we understand your concern about the case feeling flimsy and opening too easily.
Here are a few things to keep in mind:

-Make sure the earbuds are fully seated in their designated spots within the case. A firm click indicates they are in place and the lid should close more securely.
-If you're concerned about the case opening accidentally while in a pocket or bag, you might consider a third-party protective case designed specifically for the WF-LS910N. These can add a layer of security and prevent the lid from opening on its own.

Your feedback is incredibly important to us, as it enables us to enhance our products. Thank you for considering Sony.
      Sincerely,
      Estefany sony-global

Sony has dropped yet another set of wireless earbuds. I had the LinkBuds Truly Wireless open earbuds until I lost one somewhere to the ether. I enjoyed the open style buds in certain environments where isolation and noise cancellation was not as important but times like mowing my lawn they were not idea. The new LinkBud Fits as the name suggests fit very comfortably. They come with the standard fare of the buds, case, charging cable (USB A to C) and the 3 sizes of ear tips. As with the previous LinkBuds the charging case does not support wireless charging. Not a major inconvenience but it is a missing creature comfort. Pairing the LB Fits to my phone was effortless. (i had already updated my phone from Sony's Headphone Connect to the new version of Sound Connect.) Having used both apps, the newer app is definitely more polished with seemingly more features than previously available. I have to say I really like the added touch and gesture features. Being able to answer or reject calls with either nodding my head yes or no is kinda cool. Also touching the area of my cheek in front of my ear instead of the buds themselves is godsend in instances when my hands are wet like when washing the dishes. Probably my favorite features of these buds. I have been wearing them every day for a little over a week now for about 3-4hrs continuously while at work in a semi noisy office and while doing yardwork. During that time I've only had the one side fall out while bending over, but this was after moving around quite a bit and sweaty and worked their way to the edge of my ear canal and I neglected to secure them back due to my hands being full. The right bud hit the ground from a height of about 4ft and landed on the back side of the buds. The silicone wingtip cover protected the buds from any damage. Speaking of the silicone wingtips it appears Sony sells replacement silicone covers in 4 different colors as well as covers for the case itself. This is pretty much the first time I've seen that in an ear bud. The buds themselves are light weight and comfortable. They have not caused me any hotspots, but because of the silicone still can tend to get sweaty for me which can cause my ears to itch to where I would take them out for a little bit or re-adjust to give a quick scratch. ANC and ambient noise mode work as needed. I can have conversations with my office mates without having to stop the music or media I have playing and can continue on once I am done talking without having to fumble with my phone to pause or stop what I am listening to. Another interesting feature found in the app is background music effect. Three settings that will change from a public setting to living room to bedroom and each profile will change how media will sound. The cafe mode will push the music to the background. So I can focus my attention on something else. Sound from the tiny buds will not blow your eardrums out at full blast, but they do not distort and sound clear even at max. They can go from allowing near full situational awareness to isolated in my own bubble. I do not expect to be hit in the chest with music thumping through these little guys nor should anyone else. With options like the Buds 3 Pro at $30ish more than the $200 price point these are set at it seems like a questionable value. Position the price point under the standard Buds 3 and the LinkBuds Fit become a solid contender. Street prices will possibly be lower, but LinkBuds Fit do not disappoint as a nice, lightweight and compact wireless earbud.

Hi WSohn, Thanks for commenting! We're thrilled to know that you find your LinkBuds Fit comfortable and appreciate the new features like touch and gesture controls. The ability to answer or reject calls by nodding your head or touching your cheek is indeed a convenient addition, especially in situations where your hands are occupied or wet. We greatly appreciate your input with the fitting supporters of the earbuds. The Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) and ambient noise modes seem to be working well for you, allowing you to have conversations without stopping your music. The background music effect in the app also sounds like a useful feature for adjusting the sound profile based on your environment. While the lack of wireless charging for the case is a minor inconvenience, it seems the overall performance and features of the LinkBuds Fit meet your needs. Your point about the price comparison with the Buds 3 Pro is noted. Thank you so much for sharing your experience with our product and for choosing Sony! - Romeo Sony_US

I never thought that I would fall into love with a third party pair of earbuds as much as I did with these Sony LinkBuds. I didn't want to like the fact that they were little and roundish things that went into my ears, but they are so incredibly light you almost forget they are in. and the "flimsy" rubber supporter they've called the Air Supporters are practically magic with how they keep these buds in even during a way sweaty workout at the gym. I put these puppies through the ringer when it came to trying to get them to fall out and honestly couldn't get them to! Superbly impressive! The sound that these little buds puts out makes me wonder how Sony could possibly put drivers into such small things to pump out such Awesome low end bass while still driving crisp highs and not muddling mid tones. This is Sony at their absolute best. Their adaptive sound control is a pretty sweet function that honestly you barely notice is on when you use it. Their Ambient Sound Control technology is still not as crisp or clear as it could be and it takes a lot of playing around with the app to tweak it to where you would want it and trying to do it on the fly for different situations can be time consuming and counterproductive. Speaking of that because they are third party they do need a special app called Sound Connect to access all the functions of the headphones and I feel that's probably one of the main drawbacks of using these, when coming from an enclosed ecosystem. The app makes up for it though with the sheer number of functions it allows for. The amount of personalization you can do between the EQ and the adaptive sound control makes me feel like I'm making my experience truly unique to me. There is one thing that I feel I must mention in this review however and that's the fact that the LinkBuds push to optimize with "360 Reality Audio" you receive a code for a free month of it which I can only assume is something akin to dolby atmos. Not to make comparisons but demoing it during the app setup reminded me heavily of another company that has something called "Spacial Audio" that is baked into their products, certainly a drawback to have to pay for a service versus getting it with the product. That being said, The music still sounds beyond excellent even without 360 Reality Audio, and if you don't have it you certainly won't miss it. Overall for a third party pair of earbuds, these certainly deliver on sound, drawbacks aside, and I've very impressed with the functionality and customization, as well as the superior fit; these will certainly be my mainstays for hitting the gym, knowing they will stay secure and my music will sounds superior! I would certainly recommend these to anyone who isn't tied to a specific techno-ecosystem and is looking for a pair of light and fantastic sounding earbuds that will deliver on all tonal ranges of music.

Overall, these earbuds are pretty good. They fit well, and they don't make my ears hurt or seem to have problems with falling out. The sound quality is good, and the construction is good as well. Music and video both sound good with these, and the app works great. I haven't had any technical issues with pairing or loss of connectivity, and the battery life is satisfactory - they've lasted several hours without issue, and I've not yet had to take them out to charge them while I've been in the middle of doing something. There's also a lot of nice extras. You can turn on a setting so when you start talking, the earbuds will automatically pause music and switch to ambient mode. You change the Bluetooth connection mode to prioritize connection quality or sound quality, and you can configure what the buttons do as well as set up things like head gestures. I'm genuinely impressed with how many settings you can change. You can also connect them to multiple devices at once, which I'm always a fan of - it's very nice to have them hooked up to, say, a phone and a PC or a phone and a work phone. I think my one complaint about them is that the noise cancellation is a little... weak. They don't seem to do very well at blocking out external sound that isn't extremely regular. I know that's kind of not even what ANC is necessarily for in the first place, but they seem to do kind of worse at it than other headsets I've used. I've also noticed that one of the features is Adaptive Sound Control - the headset will automatically change the noise cancellation / ambient setting based on what you're doing. While it seems to be good at actually changing the setting, it doesn't really seem to help much when the ANC doesn't really work that well in the first place. Overall, I think these are a very good pair of earbuds, and I'd absolutely recommend them; especially if you're really into customization. There's a lot to like about these. However, if quality ANC is a dealbreaker for you, I'd say to go for another pair.

      Hi FrozynHeart,

Thank you for your detailed review of the LinkBuds Fit. We're glad to hear that you appreciate the fit, exceptional sound quality, and customization options of the earbuds. Regarding your concern about the noise canceling (ANC) performance, it's important to note that the ANC function in the LinkBuds Fit is primarily designed to reduce low-frequency noises such as those from vehicles or air conditioning. It may not be as effective at canceling out irregular or higher-frequency sounds. If the headset is not being worn properly in your ears, the noise canceling function may not work correctly. Twist the headset to put it into your ears properly. For more details about the noise canceling function of the LinkBuds Fit, please refer to the following links:

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about the WFLS910N, Dmac. We're sorry to hear that the noise cancelling performance and the fit of the earbuds didn't meet your expectations. Your experience is important to us, and we're always striving to improve both comfort and functionality in our products.

For noise cancelling, the effectiveness can sometimes be impacted by the fit and seal of the earbuds. We recommend trying the different sizes of included ear tips to find the most secure and comfortable fit, as this can significantly enhance both noise cancellation and overall stability. Ensuring the earbuds are positioned correctly—rotated and seated comfortably in your ear—may also help improve your experience.

If you continue to face difficulties with wear, positioning, or noise cancelling performance, our support resources are available and we’re here to assist with troubleshooting tips or further guidance. Thank you again for your feedback and giving us the opportunity—it helps us create better products for everyone.

      Best regards,
      Gus

The noise cancelling is not working well. It relatively often completely overcompensates resulting in a sharp loud noise

The battery was not as advertised, and the right headphone would not charge unless I kept moving it into place. I had to set it down very slowly to make sure it continued charging.
