[Employee of bestbuy] The audio quality is extremely good, the build quality is great, but the flaws are impossible to ignore. The connection experience can only be described as horrific. When you have the left earbud connected for a while and take the right earbud out of the case, it will refuse to connect. You have to retry several times to finally get the right earbud to connect, or put the left earbud into the case. If you have multiple devices paired, the multi-pair functionality can be a nightmare. Sometimes, it will simply refuse to play audio on the second device. In general, sometimes the earbuds just will not connect. It happens several times a day where I am left waiting for like twenty seconds for the earbuds to connect. Sometimes, they just don't. Aside from this, the case is awkwardly tall and strange. Touch controls are touch controls. If you've used them before, you already know how flawed it can be. I've had phone calls hang up because the earbuds think me talking is me tapping them. I have no idea why this happens. I just wish Sony would work on the functionality of their truly wireless earbuds. Touch controls should be replaced with physical buttons. If your fingers have to touch the earbud, why not have the tactile control of a button? Sony should look at Jabra's truly wireless earbud's firmware and connection as an example of what to do. If the connectivity problems were solved, these are a five star product and miles ahead of the competition. The hear-through mode is amazing too. Very high fidelity, low latency, and allows you to converse while listening to music. Very good for work if you're allowed to wear an earbud. The earbuds sound amazing and when they do work without a hitch (which is the majority of the time) they are unparalleled in comfort. This is an extremely negative review, but I do honestly recommend these if you can get a good deal. These are all also firmware issues which could be ironed out with an update. I hope they are.

Super comfortable, easy to connect, easy to set up controls, one star off because the sensors are a little late to react but it could be a me thing. Also battery last so so i need 8 hour play and it gives me about 5

Solid upgrade from the WF-C700N. Fits in the ears significantly better, battery life is about the same if not a little better, and the sound is crisper along with the different options you can switch for the sound.

I've had these ear buds for a few weeks. I like the sound and how comfortable they are. Ive had others where they just pop put of my ears and its quite annoying. With these I don't have an issue of them popping put. The sound it good. No complaints there.

I looked into these because I was tired how the AirPods fit in my ears (not only did they hurt after a while, but they’d always fall out). The fit of these buds are comfortable in my ears and I don’t have any issues with them falling out. The noise canceling isnt as good as my AirPod pros, but that’s not why I bought them. The sound quality is pretty good, but I noticed (depending on what’s going on around me) that they don’t seem to get as loud as I’d like. Overall, I’d recommend if you’re looking for something more comfortable on a budget.

Comfortable great sound earbuds. I replaced my airpods with these. Excellent upgrade. The airpods are no good for movement since they fall out easily. These sonys stay put when exercising! Also, the sound is far superior to the airpods. Highly recommended for physical activity.

I was looking to upgrade my headphones and after having linkbuds S I gave these a try. They fit well inside my ear and the noise canceling worked, however the rubbery coating on the outside and the “fins” made it a little easy for them to fall out. Additionally the coating obstructed the tap controls on the earbuds which was a huge bummer. I returned these and upgraded to the more expensive noise canceling Sony earbuds

Great sound quality. Easy to use app interface. Good equaliser. I don't use the tap features so can't comment (it is super easy to turn all that stuff off in the app). My main reason for the high score is I use these while riding a motorcycle, and they are great. It is really hard to find headphones that fit under a helmet AND are loud enough at high speed, these check both categories. Could they be louder? Yes. But i feel like all manufacturers have unfortunately limited max volume. But what matters is I can still here them on my bike (I do worry that future models will get quieter). Noise cancelling is decent but not great (I only use noise cancelling in day to day normal life). They are good in the gym. My ears might be wierd, but to get the jelly tuck feature actually tucked I have to turn them pretty hard into my ear, and with long use that can be uncomfortable even after I take them out. That is my only negative (and why they are not 5 stars for me).

The color is so cute and chic. The sound quality and noise cancelling is phenomenal and these fit perfectly and are so comfortable. If you are deciding between these or the XM5 earbuds I recommend these!

[Employee of bestbuy] The sound of the headphones is great, if i could rate it 4.7 i would probably rate it that. My only issue with the headphones is that there are no traditional touch controls on them. They use some algorithm that detects qhen you tap next to your ear on your face and it basically didnt work at all until I turned on the sensitive mode in the app. With that mode turned on it works 90% of the time, but it was frustrating before i figured it out.

Overall a pretty good product, battery life is pretty good and sound quality is pretty good. Considering the price it’s being sold for it’s a decent headphone for everyday regular use. The one drawback is that the noise cancelling feature needs a bit more work because sounds do tend to just go through without being cancelled out by the headphones.

Great headphones and sound great! I’ve always had issues with ear buds hurting after wearing them for awhile but with the Sony’s, they feel good!

These are great! They fit really well and don’t fall out even with a lot of running. The only reason it isn’t 5 starts is because it’s difficult to turn of the function that reads text to you. It interrupts any music or video you may be watching. Other than that, they are great and the sound quality plus the noise canceling feature work incredibly well.

The mic on Apple Airpods stopped working so I needed a replacement for my Zoom-heavy life. Audio and mic quality was important to me as well as well as the no-stem design and the comfort factor since I wear them a lot. I like them fine. Had to tweak the audio with the app. I love that it connects to multiple devices at once.
