But for this price its sound quality is really good. But best thing for this headphone is noise cancellation it is better than my beats buds pro 2. Even it is better sony xm5 1000.

Hopefully the link buds open will be a better fit for me

However, we're really sorry to hear that the call quality hasn’t been as clear as you’d like.
Go into the Sony | Sound Connect app and try disabling the "Service Link" or looking for a firmware update if you want to try making better calls on your earbuds right now. Additionally, make sure the microphone is not obstructed or in contact with your ear, wear the earbuds correctly and use the appropriate earbud tips for a snug fit.
