Left bud stopped working completely

Tried every suggestion on the sony website and across the internets suggestions. They fit really well and were comfy to use while sleeping on my side. Sound was great too, all functions worked great, but one of the entire earbuds to stop working is unacceptable. If you look uo the issue you can find that pleanty of others have had the same issue, my fault I guess for not reseaching more.

While it sounds like you've already been through a lot of troubleshooting, there are a couple of crucial steps that sometimes get missed. If you haven't already tried these specific actions, please give them a try:
1) Initialize your earbuds. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2975/v1/en/contents/TP1001614210.html
2) Please take a moment to double-check that the charging contacts on both the left earbud and in the charging case well are perfectly clean and dry. Because these are open-ring, sometimes lint or a tiny bit of ear wax can block the connection and prevent the earbud from fully charging or turning on.

If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, tap operations or Speak-to-Chat speech detection may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.

My ears are the problem
