Great sound, left ear randomly cut out

They do stay in your ear. The problem is slight. The left earbud would randomly cut out for just a second at a time. DId not happen a lot and was very quick. If this was just a $40 pair of earbud that would be fine but these are $200. So I returned them

But not only was the purple color was prettier in person but the sound quality sounds alot better than my AirPods and I like how I’m able to change the EQ presets on them. The ANC could use some work because it doesn’t really cancel all the noise out, but the transparency mode was still decent.

Your feedback about the noise canceling function is greatly appreciated. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app).
Depending on the type of noise or if it is used in a very quiet environment, you may not feel the noise canceling effects, or you may feel that some noise is increased. The noise canceling function works primarily on noise in the low frequency band such as vehicles and air conditioning. While noise is reduced, it is not completely canceled. If the headset is not being worn properly in your ears, the noise canceling function may not work correctly. Twist the headset to put it into your ears properly. When you are wearing the headset, depending on how you wear the headset, the noise canceling effects may be decreased or a beeping sound (feedback) may be heard. In this case, take off the headset and put it on again. Do not pinch or cover the parts of the headset near the microphones on the left and right headset units with your hands. Functions such as the noise canceling function or Ambient Sound Mode may not work properly or the headset unit may make a beeping sound (feedback). If any of this is the case, remove your hand, etc. from the left or right microphone part.

Great earbuds

They’re so comfortable I can wear them all day. The noise cancellation options work really well. The sound is excellent and the different options and touch controls makes them very functional and easy to use. You can adjust the sensitivity to the point where if you tap your teeth together, you can pause music, forward to the next song, or answer a call. Just don’t eat hard candy if you go that route. The call quality is equally excellent. I only wish they had a longer battery life for the buds themselves, but the case will recharge them multiple times quickly. I ended up with two pair so I can swap them out because they only last about 4 to 5 hours playing music nonstop and I like to be zoned out for all eight hours at work. The case is a little weak. If you drop it the buds shoot out in all directions. Simple fix, don’t drop them.

Would have been a 5 star if they didn't constantly fall out of my ears. Calls had perfect clarity. Music was well balanced as did podcasts. Unfortunately had to return them because the price is too high for something that was bound to get lost.

Better than Apple AirPods and beats fit pro. The noise cancellation is superior. Whenever I put these on; I immerse into the sound and can’t hear or pay to anyone or anything around me lol. I was worried at first because there were no other tips in the box, but they fit great. Sound is extremley effective for the price. The noise canceling very good. I wear them while mowing the yard and when activated someone can be right in front of me and I can barely hear them. Best pair I own.

The also stay in place when working out or while out riding my bicycle. The only thing that I don’t like about them is when I use them at night to help me fall asleep. They stick out off my ear a bit too far so that when I change position the bump against the pillow and get knocked out of my ear. Each morning it can be a challenge to find a missing earbud. As I type this I realized this is a bigger deal to me than I first thought and changed the score to a 3 star.
