Thanks for reaching out about your LinkBuds Fit. We're sorry to hear your left earbud is completely out. That's definitely frustrating, especially since you found them comfortable enough for sleeping and enjoyed the sound quality.

While it sounds like you've already been through a lot of troubleshooting, there are a couple of crucial steps that sometimes get missed. If you haven't already tried these specific actions, please give them a try:

1) Initialize your earbuds. Find detailed instructions here: https://helpguide.sony.net/mdr/2975/v1/en/contents/TP1001614210.html

2) Please take a moment to double-check that the charging contacts on both the left earbud and in the charging case well are perfectly clean and dry. Because these are open-ring, sometimes lint or a tiny bit of ear wax can block the connection and prevent the earbud from fully charging or turning on.
