Amazing little buds, just be ready to set up!

If you are a mucisian or someone that enjoys high fidelity music, this is a no brainer, specially if on sale. BuT! Its worth the price in my opinion. Has LDAC codec! Make sure you turn it on on your bluetooth setting once connected. I feel that bad reviews on this item may come from a place of misunderstanding and not using to full potential. Download the sony app! You can EQ to near perfection. I googled EQ settings for it and found a harman kardon target graph, and wow! Just be aware that if you have a little knowledge about how to set up, you're in for a treat! Not even the MX4 buds have the sound capabilities as these do. The mx4's have better ANC, but these are not too far behind. Only weak spot is call clarity, if there is too much noise, the other person will hear you far away. Other than that, these are def a winner. Again, get to know them!

Decent for tiny ears

They are fairly comfortable for an hour or more. I don't run with them as they're a bit too pricey to lose. The tan color makes them easier to find when they do get dropped or pop out.

Best in Ear buds ive tried

She wanted to try these and to her surprise they were perfect! She loves them. Only con she has is that they dont connect as fast as her airpods but sound better to her.

Great Headphones But My Issue

Sony made a great product and the music sounds great. No distortion from bass heavy music or high pitch vocals. Sony headphone app allows for the headphones to adapt how you enjoy listening to music. Battery life is superb and I’m a heavy user. Sound quality on phone calls was excellent. Rarely had to repeat myself. The only con is they did fall out of my ears on my long running days. Never tried them during vigorous workout because I assumed they would fall out as they did when I ran. I do tend to sweat a lot and that might have caused them to fall out so might not be a design problem. Overall, if it wasn’t for the falling out issue I would be using them headphones for all activities.

While we're glad you like the excellent sound quality, distortion-free listening, superb battery life, and audio clarity during calls, we regret to hear you're having an issue with the fit. If you feel the size of the earbud tips does not fit or falling out from your ears, change the earbud tips. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The size of the left and right earbud tips may be different. Hope this helps!

I use them when I go bicycle riding and the sound counseling works superb. I can actually hear the music. I kind of wish they were a little louder. in that, you know, I'm getting older. and I could use a little bit more. Although my phone does have a setting to make it a little better for my hearing. Without the noise canceling, though, I wouldn't be able to hear a thing. You would just hear wind..

They’re my go-to earbuds and sound amazing and have really good noise cancelling. However, I have had problems with the battery life on these. This is my second pair that I got after my original pair started dying after about 30 minutes, and just after having these for a couple of months, they are starting to drain faster. As much as I love the sound quality and ease of use, I won’t be buying these again.

For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). Charge both earbuds sufficiently.

My first pair of earbuds

I did my research, and between sound quality and price, decided to buy these. I am not disappointed at all. From mowing lawn, to household chores, to practicing drums, these are perfect. Active noise cancellation is wonderful, and makes high decibel noises (especially mowing and playing drums) little more than background noise. Highly recommend.

Great ear buds until they are not

To start out with, I really loved these ear buds. The sound quality is great, the app is simple to use, the call quality (from what people I've called told me) is really good, noise cancellation works wonderfully, and the touch controls work as they should without having to push hard. All those things being said, about a month ago my left ear buds starting messing up. It won't fully charge (maybe gets up to around 90% on a good day) and it drains completely in about 10-15 minutes of use. I have cleaned the charging connectors on both the case and the ear buds but nothing changed. The right side still holds a charge and charges fully. Unfortunately, I am past the year for the manufacturer warranty. I wish for the amount of money these cost that they would have lasted longer (I have had soundcore ear buds that are still going after three years and those were only $50). They really were fantastic ear buds before this issue happened and if they had kept working these would have been the best ear buds I've owned. Hopefully, if you get them, you have better luck than I did.

Assuming proper seal with assorted eartips — though I’d recommend foam tips — the SQ is great: tight bass, accurate vocals/mids, though it doesn’t have the most sparkly quality to it, sometimes sounding flat and uninspired, yet is still pleasing and never fatiguing. Speaking of that, these are the only earbuds I can use that don’t make my ears hurt after extended use. My ears never feel plugged with these on, even less than the AirPods Pro which have vents on them (these don’t). I attribute it to how light it is, which also adds to its portability. Noise cancelling is great, on par with AirPods Pro, and transparency is good enough to hear the world around you, albeit a little as if you’re hearing the world through a tin can. I’ve never had a problem with battery life, and find myself going a week without needing to charge the case. The only downside to these is connectivity, which sometimes drops withh dsee extreme on, and tap to function, which can be finicky and do things when I don’t want them to, and doesn’t pick up taps when I want it to. For the price though it’s more than forgivable.

Bluetooth communications may be disabled or audio dropout may occur when there is an obstacle, such as metal or a wall, between the headset and the Bluetooth device.
