The earbuds do not hold charge.

However, the earbuds do not hold charge well. I have been a Sony user for years, and all other earbuds or headphones that I purchased before last at leat 5 years or more (the longest wired earbuds have lasted for 10+ years), and I am surprised that the Linkbuds S earbuds do not last more than a year.

Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like the sound quality of the LinkBuds S, we're sorry to hear that it won't hold the charge well. Allow us to help troubleshoot and resolved the problem.
Please perform the following steps if the headphones don't charge:
Make sure the headset is set securely in the charging case.
Be sure to use the supplied USB Type-C cable and check that the cable is firmly connected to the charging case.
If the earbud tips are not properly attached to the headset, the headset may not be charged with the supplied charging case. Check that the earbud tips are attached properly when you store the headset in the charging case.
If earbud tips by other manufacturers are used, the headset may not be charged with the supplied charging case. Be sure to use the supplied earbud tips when charging.
When the charging ports of the headset or the charging case get dirty, the headset may not be charged. Clean the charging ports with a soft dry cloth.
It is recommended to charge in a place with an ambient temperature between 15 °C and 35 °C (59 °F - 95 °F). Efficient charging may not be possible beyond this range.
While charging, be sure to keep the lid of the charging case closed to prevent the battery of the charging case from being wasted.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

Bro, my earbuds will be connected and the touch controls literally will not work. Gonna exchange them tomorrow but other than that, they are excellent in every way.

Without drawing this out too long, here is my conclusion: Best sound quality was Apple. Could also connect to anything. However apple’s ear tips have a fit that takes some getting used to. If you want an earbud with a traditional in ear tip, great sound, good bass, and don’t plan on using them with your TV, these are the best. Only complaint I have is that the ambient sound function cannot be turned off for calls, so you just have to hear background sounds during your call. That seems like a big oversight in design.

Nice Buds, Great Sound for the Price

Sound Quality is excellent. Wireless and Bluetooth are excellent and easy to connect. Battery Life is long lasting even using all the features. Durable and sweat resistant. Read some complaints about fit and using for workouts. I have had no issues, running, biking. Once you find the right buds the fit is perfect and natural feeling. Overall, a very nice product. Bought on sale so definitely worth the price. My only complaint would be the noise cancelling, its good but there is still some outside bleed thru, even after waiting for a few weeks and calibrating the noise cancelling feature, also be careful when adjusting buds in ear, the side buttons are very sensitive.

Great, high quality headphones

I saw that these were more sleek and smaller which was perfect for ke. They pair easily with my iphone and the active noise cancelling is as good as my airpods were. Great buy at only half the price at the time I purchased compared to the airpod pros.

Almost perfect

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality is great, they are surprisingly comfortable even after extended periods of use, and the ambient sound feature works better than I expected. My biggest issue with them is the battery life. For me the battery lasts between 5 and 6 hours for each earbud before needing to recharge. The case holds about 20 hours worth of power for both earbuds. Despite this, they do charge fairly quickly allowing me to get about an hour of use after 10-15 minutes of charging. Another feature that is not included is wireless charging, requiring you to charge the case via USB-C cable. Overall, they are a very solid pair of earbuds.
