The controls are a lot to learn but once you’ve got them down it’s great. These don’t fall out of my ears and the noise cancelling is truly noise canceling. Also the battery life is ridiculous I can not charge the case for days and still have life left.

Great Earbuds But Not For My Specific Needs

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I wanted to find a pair of earbuds that I could use at work for office calls that I also didn't have to take off to function with customers and co-workers. I had a very specific need in mind: ambient noise passthrough. The Sony Linkbuds S was my third choice of Sony's lineup, and they only work so so for my needs. The biggest issue is phone calls. When ambient noise passthrough is on, the caller complains of being "on speaker" and hearing echoes and noise on the call. With those issues, I can't use them for business, and that's why I had to rate them as low as I did. Please note: for someone seeking active noise canceling, an audiophile, or someone who won't be using them primarily for phone calls, these are brilliant for their price point.

Despite the call quality issue, we are glad that you like the active noise canceling function, price, and outstanding sound quality of these headphones. While we are not sure what brand/model of audio device you have these headphones connected to, you may try following the troubleshooting steps using this article to isolate the problem:

And as a general recommendation, if you haven't tried yet, we recommend updating its firmware to the latest version. The firmware update improves the functionality and features of the headphones. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering.

I havent been able to put my Link Bud S down i love them so much ! Glad i decided to give them a try and i dont plan on using anything else ! Definitely worth it , they are so comfortable in ear ! Only con is pairing could be annoying sometimes

Battery life is about what I expected, though I've had better. The bluetooth isn't amazing though. It's a shorter range than my old, cheaper, skullcandies and gets interrupted easier. They're a decent pair of headphones but I'm honestly probably going to go back to skullcandy after these are done. However if they're on sale they're a pretty good pair.

Sony earbuds - Fantastic

I love them, very comfortable to wear. Audio quality is excellent for the price. In order to achieve best sound quality, I downloaded the app and modified the settings. If you do not tweak the settings you may not have the best experience. Battery life have been great so far.

The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment. Perfect noice canceling but does fit well.

They do provide good clear sound and the noise canceling works really well. I just wished they wouldn’t keep falling out of my ear even after trying all the bud tips. I had to use a special tip from a set of older buds and they ok at the moment but still seems to not fit stable without falling out of my ears.
