Thanks for commenting, and we are sorry if the noise canceling of our LinkBuds S didn't live up to your expectations. The noise canceling function of these headphones are effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it. Thank you for your time writing this review. While we are glad you like the sound quality and adjustable EQ settings of your Sony Linkbuds S, we're sorry to hear your discomforts while wearing the unit. We suggest to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. Gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. The LinkBuds S are designed to provide reliable and stable connectivity during various activities. However, certain factors such as distance, signal interference, and the environment can affect the connection. If you haven't yet, please perform our suggested troubleshooting steps on this article and see if it resolves the problem:

As for the battery life, usage hours may be different from the time described on the links below depending on the settings for the headset functions & usage conditions. The same goes with the speed of energy consumption for the rechargeable battery between the left and right units. This also depends on the settings for the headset functions and usage conditions.

Note:
Either side of the headphones can work as the main unit, and the main unit consumes more power than the other side. Because of this, the remaining battery level may vary between left and right. This is not a malfunction.
