2. Tap Feature Lag: We understand that the tap feature lag can be frustrating. Ensuring that the firmware is up-to-date can sometimes resolve such issues. You can update your firmware via the Sony | Sound Connect app. Additionally, double-checking the Bluetooth signal strength and reducing interference from other devices could improve performance.

3. Comfort: Ear running or discomfort can occur, especially during prolonged use. To improve comfort, consider using different sizes of the provided ear tips to achieve a better fit. Additionally, ensuring the earbuds are worn correctly can help mitigate this issue.
