Noise cancellation DOES NOT WORK!

I have small ears and they are comfortable. Comes with adjustable size. I recently, accidentally, put both buds in the washer and they both work as I first bought them. The only down side the this ear bud, noise cancellation is not up to my standards. At the most quiet coffee shops, I can hear quiet talk, crumbling up paper. At the library I can hear subtle noise of paper shuffling, chairs moving. Im am looking for a quality noise canceling ear buds. Sony. I would understand if they were loud noises and I would be able to pick up the sound waves. This did not do this for me. I wanted to try something different and I am disappointed. Sound quality is great for gym

Please note that the noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices.

Not sure what to expect

For something in this price range, that’s pretty disappointing. I’ve used several of JLab’s $20 wireless headphones in the past and never had an issue like this, so I expected better here. I’d strongly recommend getting Geek Squad protection if you decide to go with these, just in case. Based on my experience, I can only give this product 1 star. Just a heads up to anyone considering it, might want to think twice.
