Thank you for the review and we're sorry to hear what happened with the battery of the headphones. The issue may have been caused by a temporary malfunction with the earbuds. To isolate the issue, reset the headphones and try again. Here's the link on how to.

The audio quality is really good too, consider its size. The issue is if you use it for phone calls the mic quality is very poor. This may be due to its small size.

Unfortunately, the supplied case doesn't support wireless chargers. Charging is supported by using a personal computer with a standard USB port or a commercially available USB AC adaptor capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more.

Not So Great, Get Only On Sale

The battery holds way less of a charge than it did new, like 60% now. They constantly disconnect. Samsung updates can just end up breaking them. I still like them, but they aren't worth the price. Only buy it when on sale and get a second pair or backups a few months later cause they will start becoming a problem.
