almost perfect

I have really small ears and decided to try these after doing some research. Unfortunately, after a day of wearing them at my office job, my ears were so sore :( If not for that, I would have kept them. PROS: - The app has some cool features and is easy to use. - The case has a grippy texture, so it’s less likely to slip out of your hands. - The four sizes of earbud tips are color-coded, which makes it easy to pick the right one. - Comfortable for shorter periods of use. CONS: - If your ears are very small or you have conch/tragus piercings, these might make your ears tender after 5+ hours. - I had some difficulty using the touch controls. - The wireless range wasn't as good as others I had tested.

Great sound and comfort. Very adjustable w/the app

Very pleasantly surprised and really love the adjustable sound signatures via the app. Overall very happy with them. My son liked them so much he gave up his airpods and got a set for himself.

Great, but no Battery life!!!

Sound quality is great, the adaptive noise cancelling is so on point its amazing. Only two issues and only 1 that bothers ne. They advertise 6 hours. These barely lasted ne 3 hours at full charge. Super bad. I wouldnt recommended these for calls. I could hear clearly but the other party could never hear me. I have a set strictly for calls so thats no biggie. I nean if they pasted 6 hours, i wouldnt even be looking another pair!

This is my second pair! -They are super comfortable. I can wear them for long periods no problem. -They don't stick out a ton. I've fallen asleep wearing them several times, and the pressure from the pillow didn't wake me. -Noise canceling is really good and pass through are really good. Good seal helps with this. -Only con was on the original Buds, they were too smooth and easy to drop. These new Buds and case are very grippy and don't have the same issue. I actually went from these to the Samsung Pro3 due to my Sony buds not charging anymore (after alot, alot of use). I bought a second pair of the Sony Buds because I love the first pair so much.

They are so comfortable that I forget I have them in, and they actually fit my ears. I have tiny ears, and most buds fall out. The sound quality is excellent since they're made by Sony, and they are more durable than most earbuds on the market. Battery life is good if you charge them completely. This is the last pair you'll ever buy!

Though I think their noise awareness feature needs a little more work. I still can’t quite make out what people are saying in their transparent mode. The bigger issue is that I’ve had mine for over a year now, and it seems like the left earbud drains quicker than the right—oddly quick to the point where I feel this is some sort of hardware issue. I’m chalking it to coincidence, but that may be something to keep note of in the long term.

We hear you on the Ambient Sound Mode – we're always refining it. For clearer conversations, sometimes briefly pausing audio or taking an earbud out helps.

EXCELLENT buds for price!

You do make some sacrifices in the noise cancelling but the tight fit of the buds definitely help. Again, you can pay twice as much or get this and get 90% of the XM5s quality.

I replaced them under warranty less than a year after my purchase. The second pair worked well until the year mark and the left airbud did the same thing as the first pair. I had to switch to another brand that didn't malfunction after a year, especially for the amount I paid for them. Pro: As someone with small ears, these fit my ears perfectly.

It's really just your music and yourself when you use noise cancelation. The earbuds are really comfortable and provide a good seel. Ambience sound doesn't sound natural but it gets the job done. The quality is really great but it's even better when you change the equalizer in the Sony headphones app. Overall really great earbuds 10/10

If you are having an issue using only the left earbud, please refer to the below:
As part of normal operation, you cannot use only the left unit of the headset when Service Link is turned on from the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. However, you can use only the right unit of the headphones. And depending on the assignment of the touch sensors and/or the Voice Assistant setting, you may not be able to use only one unit of the headset. To solve this problem, please follow the troubleshooting steps on these articles:

The Sony app is easy to maneuver and set up. Have had these for almost 2 years without any issues. Keeps a good charge with the earbuds and case for about 2hrs continuous use. Only con is sometimes the buds will slide out due to excess ear juice or sweat. Use them alot in the gym especially the noise cancelling feature to focus on my workout.

Great until they stopped working

Went to Best Buy to weigh my options on a replacement. Was told by the associate that Best Buy store 237 would not cover anything past 14 days without the warranty. Sent back to Sony.

Awesome noise canceling

Easy to switch the noise canceling off and great sound for their size. I wear them when using a string trimmer and lawn mower. They don't extend out beyond the ear, which is nice.

Great value and good overall sound.
