Great product one issue

Quality earbuds for working and recreation

They can have some bluetooth interference with the phone in the pocket on the call but overall an excellent experience

They’re comfortable, the battery lasts for hours, and the sound quality is outstanding. That’s not even the best part though. I was worried since I have an I phone that they would be annoying to pair. As soon as I pop one of them into my ear they are on and connected to my phone. 10/10

Audio quality is top notch, theres a LOT of versatility in them between the noise cancelling options, touch controls, etc. I already swear by Sony but their linkbuds are what im going to recommend to anyone looking for a new pair of earbuds.

Bluetooth wireless technology operates within a range of about 10 m (30 feet). The maximum communication distance may vary depending on the presence of obstacles (people, metal objects, walls, etc.) or the electromagnetic environment. I will say these are easily some of the most comfortable especially for something that doesn’t have wingtips or foam tips. They are very light “noise canceling easily in the top along with the XM4 and Beatsfit pro or air pods pro. App is better than any earbud app hands down. Cons They just don’t get very loud. I will say if your want something louder go with beats fit, or AirPods aside from that so far i can see a thing wrong with them

Perfect noice canceling but does fit well.

They do provide good clear sound and the noise canceling works really well. I just wished they wouldn’t keep falling out of my ear even after trying all the bud tips. I had to use a special tip from a set of older buds and they ok at the moment but still seems to not fit stable without falling out of my ears.

If you've already tried changing the earbud tips to another size and you're still having issues with fit, we suggest trying out third-party earbud tips.

Good overall sound and noise cancelling, bad mic

You may try some solutions below if your voice does not reach the person during a call or your voice is low on the caller’s side:
Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, tap operations or Speak-to-Chat speech detection may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance.
Restart the Bluetooth device such as your smartphone or computer, and reconnect with the headset.
Reset the headset.
Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.

From Good to Bad

They were always a little finicky if you swapped out the buds quickly from the case, with them sometimes dropping off and not connecting to Sonys app. Aside from that I thought they were fantastic... That is, until a few weeks ago, I finally had them updated through the app (something I'm always lagging behind on) and now my right earbud can barely make it past 45 minutes of play time. It sounds like this was a common issue after a software update released by Sony in the past year. Before this update I would have said definitely recommend, but I don't think I could recommend them now and I don't think my overall confidence in this product will ever recover. Good: -Small form factor -good sound -durable enough (dropped the left earbud a few times after taking my helmet off) -good price when on sale Bad: -software -battery life (unknown if 100% software or hardware related)

Great Fit and Performance

The app is easy to use and connectivity to my Samsung phone is simple. The sound quality is great for everyday use. Call quality is as good or slightly better than most others I've used. In all, this was a great buy that I would recommend to others.
