Incredible earbuds!!

The texture on them/the case is great, they have a long battery life, and small, light case. Without beed for explanation, the sound quality is excellent! Very comfortable too which only elevates overall quality. Can sleep with them very comfortably as well.

Decent headphones but poor connection

Found connection cutting out when volume was turned all the way up too.

We also apologize if you've encountered that the connection is choppy and the sound cuts in and out, we have some steps we would like to recommend for this:
1- Make sure your headphones are up to date, you can check this on the Sony Sound Connect App. You can download it on your smartphone and will be useful for the next troubleshooting steps.
2- Set the earbuds to "Priority on stable connection"
3- Close unnecessary apps on your device, and just leave the one using
4- Turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, having this option off will avoid the headsets to detect actions (especially when at the gym) that may cause the music to pause
5- Turn off the Service Link within the app settings to minimize the amount of audio dropouts.
6- Reset the headsets, you can check the link below for instructions:

The material feel cheap but the quality is amazing! The Bluetooth range is no good! the fitting is great especially with the xs ear tips. You can easily forget that you have them on.The NC is amazing but not as amazing as the MX4! If nc is a must but do not want to break the bank get these for sure!!!

Lightweight with great sound.

I'm not a music snob, but these earbuds sound great. They connect quickly and stay connected. A nice bonus is the support of the Sony Headphone app so you can configure the earbuds (noise cancelling, ambient sound settings, etc).

Comfortable, Sound Great, and Easy

They sound great, although they do not have as great of Noise Cancelling as the WH1000XM4. They are very easy to set up and adjust with the Sony Headphones App. The case and earbuds have a unique texture that is a little weird at first but I got used to it after a few days.

Great earbuds!

I havent been able to put my Link Bud S down i love them so much ! Glad i decided to give them a try and i dont plan on using anything else ! Definitely worth it , they are so comfortable in ear ! Excellent except the battery issues.

Fit is very confortable. Over all highly satisfied. Recently though i am having battery issues. The right unit drains battery several times faster that the left when starting from fully charged and used together.

Never spent this much for some ear buds but by far and away, they blow any other headset solution I've had out of the water. The music playback is of the highest quality, but it's the voice connection that blew me away. Crystal clear phone calls with the tap of a finger, and then back to the music without skipping a beat. Lots of bud sizes to find the perfect fit. Even drowns out the majority of my lawnmower noise. Constantly please with my decision to purchase these.

They sound great, but barely a year after purchase, the left battery now dies after 45 minutes or so of use. Same issue with the XM4s I sent in. I don't think I will be buying Sony ear buds in the future.

The noise cancelling works great. My husband has to tap me on the shoulder to get my attention. I can really enjoy my shows or music while doing choirs. These are an important part of my "me" time.

Great sound but uncomfortable for me

They have terrific noise canceling, excellent EQ customization, and a stable connection. My main problem was that my right ear bud was excruciatingly uncomfortable. I wish it fit better because I probably would've kept them otherwise. These also don't have multipoint or wireless charging. Assuming these are comfortable for you, I would recommend them if your focus is music and you value sound quality. I mostly use my buds for podcasts and switching between Chromebook and my Pixel phone, so I went with the Pixel Buds Pro instead. I really wish that I loved these, but it wasn't meant to be. They're great if they fit your ears though.

For comfortable listening experience, twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal.
When you put the headset unit into your ear or adjust the positioning of the headset unit, see the illustration in step 2 for how to hold the headset unit.
