Battery life not durable

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So i bought these earbuds 1 year ago and sound quality is good, noise cancelling is good, i would say everything else is good, but the battery life is not good. Recently the left earbud keeps discharging at a fast rate where i have to keep charging it in my case every 30 minutes. The right one is good but im pretty sure soon enough it will also go bad because im also noticing that when i leave these earbuds charging overnight, they dont fully charge to 100% , their maximum charge is now 85% - 90%. Again, I only had these for 1 year and the battery life is starting to go bad. That is bad for earbuds that cost $150. They should last longer than that.

These are durible and work amazing. Battery life is good and the noise canceling very nice. I even use them to mow the yard or do things auround the house.

Do not waste your money

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These aren't just headphones that don't live up to what they're advertised to be, but they are almost unusable and extremely frustrating. The sensors on the side are simultaneously too sensitive to things they shouldn't be i.e. my hair, fabric, etc. and not sensitive enough to my fingers when I'm trying to skip a song or switch sound environments. I ended up turning off the tap options because my hair kept triggering a song/show to be skipped or paused, extremely frustrating while working out. I thought disabling the features would help make these headphones tolerable (even though these features are part of why these headphones have a higher price tag) but they still randomly pause I'd say at least 10 times within a 30 minute period. I've also had them randomly shut off while working out.. I have idea how. Had to stop and reconnect them. Another thing, if I clear my throat or cough the music/show will pause as well. If you're looking for great quality headphones I highly recommend staying away from these and looking into the Jabra brand. Don't waste your money like I did. I rarely leave reviews but I use my headphones for the majority of my day so I need the quality to live up to what is expected and these do not.

The app also allows you to customize the buds to your liking. The only thing missing is wireless charging. Battery life will decrease when using anc or ambient sound.

Better than the XM4 buds

These are smaller and more comfortable than the XM4 buds. I returned those to get this pair and I am much happier with my purchase. I like the Google Assistant integration. The ambient mode is nice for environments where you need to hear your surroundings.

I'm a huge fan of Sony earbuds and I picked these up to replace my WFSP800Ns. Pairing was fast and I already had the Sony app set up. Sound quality on these are decent. It felt pretty closed off and I felt like the bass was lacking but I am coming from the SP800Ns that are Xtra bass. I have not been able to use LDAC codecs with these even with focus on sound quality. By day 2 I started having connection issues with Bluetooth. I changed to focus on connection and it didn't seem to help at all. I couldn't keep my phone in my pocket with these. I had to hold it in my hand or set it out in the open or the Bluetooth would start cutting out. The transparency mode on these is amazing. You can hear so much with these and I absolutely love that I don't have to take the ear buds out when someone starts talking because I can hear them very clearly. The battery life is also pretty poor for me as well. I don't use ANC so I get better battery life but these weren't great for me and the right bud ran down way faster than the left one. A few days later, I was watching a YouTube video and my audio just went away even though the buds are connected. I restarted everything and still no sound. I tried them again today and again I have no sound. I just got a bad pair of these and need to either return and get another set or go with a different earbud all together. These ear buds are not bad by any means, I just got a faulty set.

We are also sorry if its battery life didn't live up to your expectations. This is definitely not the experience we were hoping you would have.
If you still have the unit, we'd like to help you isolate and fix the problem. For your Bluetooth connection issue, the communication between the devices will be poor if there is an obstruction between the unit and the connected device. The following article may help solve this problem:

Note:
Either side of the headphones can work as the main unit, and the main unit consumes more power than the other side. Because of this, the remaining battery level may vary between left and right. This is not a malfunction.

Good but not gym proof

Problem was between the sweat and design it made the fit always for me needing to adjust these earbuds for me so I got over top headphones instead.
