Not sure what to expect

For something in this price range, that’s pretty disappointing. I’ve used several of JLab’s $20 wireless headphones in the past and never had an issue like this, so I expected better here. I’d strongly recommend getting Geek Squad protection if you decide to go with these, just in case. Based on my experience, I can only give this product 1 star. Just a heads up to anyone considering it, might want to think twice.

Ive been struggling to find the right headphones to use because if tried many and they all hurt my ear after prolonged use but these fit perfectly and cause no issue. Its also great that you can change the touch pad settings.

good but not great

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the anc and the passive audio were great. i even enjoyed the app and the feel of the headphones. everything was great except....the battery life. i bought these things the night before i had a flight in the morning. i fully charged them and did not use them until on the plane. they didnt even last 2 full hours. luckily they charge pretty quick in the case so i was able to charge them for about 15 minutes and get another hour use out of them. But come on. 2 hours?

Using headphones in a crowded place, such as on a train or busy road, nearby devices may interrupt Bluetooth communication and cause sound interruptions, interference, or noise. If the issue doesn't occur at home or with fewer nearby devices, it is Bluetooth communication interference causing the issue, and not the headphones. For more details, visit the following link:

Good for what it is, at sale price

Decent sound for the price with adjustable eq, but not the best option out there.

While we are glad you like the sound quality and adjustable EQ settings of your Sony Linkbuds S, we're sorry to hear your discomforts while wearing the unit. We suggest to change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. Gently pull on the top of your ear as you twist the headset unit to slide the earbud tip deep into your ear canal. Very good when not defective

I like how the transparency mode setting allows me to keep my headphones on and talk to people. I also like the noise cancellation it provides. Unfortunately, I believe that the product I received was defective. While using the noise cancelling or transparency feature, I constantly hear a "wind blowing" sound coming from the left bud. It's very distracting, and it makes it difficult for me to enjoy the product.
