I like it but....

I like the earbuds it was what I was looking for. Excellent size , great noise cancellation the weight was perfect but the sound just was disappointed it was too good to be true. I tried to fall in love with them to see if can keep them but I can't. I just returned it to the store.

Noise canceling isnt that great

Bought purposefully for noise canceling to speak with my husband who is on deployment and still have a very hard time hearing him. Kind of disappointed but they work to speak on so at least i can be hands free.

The noise canceling function of these headphones are effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Save your money and dont buy these, little after a year of owning them the battery of the right earbud went bad and it would not hold charge and it would die in less than 10 minutes of being used, the left earbud seems to be fine but it cannot even be used if the other one is dead.

Good, but risk of ear pain

The ANC could use some work, but that's expected with earbuds. I had connection issues, and they say to make sure your phone is in your right pocket. Really? Why's that a big deal? The main issue is that 9 months after purchasing, the earbuds randomly make a loud, high-pitched screeching noise that doesn't go away unless you put them back into the case.
