    This is the second pair i purchased , the first pair lost power and would not take a charge. Now i'm having similar issue with this pair. it has only been a year and a few months since i bought this product and after charging for while it only last 45 minutes. I fear its heading the same path. These earphones were very expensive and its my second pair. This is very dissatifying i have sent this letter to SDony as well. As a major consumer company you be able to stand for what you sell , products shoul not break that short term of time.

    Good sound bad fit

    Good sound quality but they hurt my ears. The thin rubber on the ear piece was uncomfortable.

    They are horrible, it is just a waste of money, just go for the lower one than this one, it works better and cheaper

    these fit well and calls are good, about the best I can say about them they are not loud. they have no bass. no wireless charging. for the price i could not recommend them less

    Have not been able to pair to my Sony Bravia TV, That was the whole reason for purchase.

This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. You can connect Bluetooth® devices such as headphones or speakers and enjoy TV sound through those devices if the TV supports the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). We are not sure what model of Bravia TV you have. However, if its model is listed on this article, then it should perfectly work with our LinkBuds S.

    Broke after 1 month of use. Constantly makes a noise in the ear. I Really liked them at first. But $140 to break in one month, trash. Pay for the replacement plan definitely..

    Not the best quality

    The sound quality is ok nothing special. A friend show me his 40 dlls purchase of earbuds and the quality is the same. The don’t stay still one has to keep adjusting. The bottom for pausing and play is kind of faulty.

    Garbage. Last about a week. Started getting a horrible, shrill shrieking like electronic sound in earbuds. At first it only happened once. Then frequency increased until I just had to throw them away.

    WEIRD NOISE?!

    After about 8 months the left earbud started to make a static noise and it would not stop. I have updated the earbuds from the app and tried everything however the static sound still persists.

    High failure rate

    I enjoyed the product quite a bit but I had the wind noise issue and got a new pair through the Sony warranty. After 5 months the charging case died suddenly and the replacement doesn't carry the same warranty and the repair costs are on me. Pretty high failure rate for me to invest in a repair so I will be getting a different brand

      This is not the experience that we want you to have. Sony's commitment to customer satisfaction is our top priority. For optimum performance, it is recommended to install the latest software version of the headphones (via the Sony Sound Connect app).

      Make sure to charge both earbuds sufficiently. Use the supplied USB Type-C cable for charging. Place both earbuds correctly on the charging case. Resetting and initializing the headset may also help resolve the issue. You may refer to the steps on these links:

    Best ear bud upgrade so far

    So far so good. Just upgraded from the JBL brand. Huge difference in quality, battery life is OK.. wish it was longer. The buds stay in the ear a lot better than cheaper brands and there is some noise cancellation. I think the buds have a component that can tell if it is removed from the ear. It has its pros and cons. The carrying case for it is pretty solild

    Your customer service sucks! You can’t understand what they are saying nor do they even know what they are talking about. The CR hung up on me because he can’t speak English properly! That is not my fault! I am starting to hate Best Buy customer service

    I was hoping these would be a worthwhile upgrade from my ultra cheap Amazon Echo buds which I have used for hundreds of hours. I would say that the sound quality was noticeably better, but everything else was not. No matter what tips I used I felt that these buds wouldn't stay put. The charging case doesn't have Qi charging and takes much longer to charge the buds. Also, the battery life was terribly short. FYI - these have Alexa "built in" but you have to leave the app open on your phone at all times to communicate with it. I returned these after 2 days and went back to my Echo buds.
