    Had these for less than two months and just stopped working. I have not been impressed with the quality of the sound either. Sad thing is Bestbuy does not stand behind their products that they sell. Will definitely send money on something different next time.

    Sound quality, ANC, Bass Boost, App! What else?!

    Sound quality is superb! ANC is spot on for such a small device. Crank it up on bass boost and there's such an awesome difference! As a plus, it's got a phone app to boot. Awesome!

    these ear buds were not what i expected coming from Sony ! totally disappointed. everybody i talked to on them said i was muffled up and they couldnt understand a word I was saying. don't buy them for no APPLE PHONE .

    The noise canceling feature was horrible it actually amplified all the noise that was around me and had a bunch of static as I was listening to things do not recommend

This is usually not the case with our premium headphones and definitely not the experience we were hoping you would have. Please allow us to help you and turn this into a better experience. The noise canceling function of these headphones are effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. To make the most of the noise canceling function, turn off the Adaptive Sound Control, and try to turn on the noise canceling function manually when you need it.       We're sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your LinkBuds S earbud headpones. Check that the left unit and right unit of the headset have been put on properly and are on your ears in the correct orientation. If you are wearing the left unit and the right unit on the incorrect ears, there may be instances during calls where the other person cannot hear you or the call volume is low. Also, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version (via Sony Headphones Connect app).

    Microphone issues within weeks of purchase.

    Loved them but I had two sets go bad in the span of two months. First set died after 18 days, the second set I babied and the microphone still died after 40 days.

Regarding the battery, the usage hours may be different from the time described on the link below depending on the settings for the headset functions & usage conditions.

      The same goes with the speed of energy consumption for the rechargeable battery between the left and right units. This also depends on the settings for the headset functions and usage conditions. To isolate the problem, please refer to this link:

      Note:
      Either side of the headphones can work as the main unit, and the main unit consumes more power than the other side. Because of this, the remaining battery level may vary between left and right. This is not a malfunction.

      And as a general recommendation, if you haven't tried yet, we recommend updating the firmware of your headphones to the latest version. The firmware update improves the functionality and features of the headphones. It also provides fixes to any performance issues that you are encountering.
