Battery's not long for this world.

The noise canceling and pass-through also sound great. Great connection with my phone and watch, I never had drop-outs. The battery life, when new, was great. However, the battery is now to the point where the right earbud is dead after 25-30 minutes despite starting with a full charge. These are only 15 months old, of course just outside the warranty window. That's a major disappointment and makes these effectively short-term e-waste. I suppose it's a similar story for most earbuds, unfortunately.

They have some kind of a metal alloy that a very big percentage of people are allergic to it seems. This works great. The battery life is good. The only downside I found was that when I have the phone in my right pocket and use both buds while walking, there's interruptions from time to time which is very annoying. It goes away if I only use the one that's on the same side as the phone.

I like their noise, cancellation and transparency mode a little bit more than the Apple version these fit so snug in the ear and are so comfortable to wear. They don’t slip as easily as the apple version the touch sensitivity is really sensitive so I like that I can just barely touch it and I adjust the volume or adjust the playback features, I’m glad that I purchased this product.

EQ for bass, super comfortable to wear all day

I’ve tried the newest gen Pros and the sound quality just didn’t work for me. The Linkbuds S work surprisingly well. Great sound quality once you mess with the EQ. The ANC and transparency mode is on par with the Pros. The best thing I like about these is that they’re extremely comfortable, I can wear these for multiple hours even sleep with them since they don’t push into your ear when you sleep on your side. These will connect to multiple devices but you need to update to the latest firmware For the price and quality I would recommend these over the AirPods Pro

I love everything about them except one small little feature that would be nice to update would be being able to keep the noise cancelling off when I turn it off and then allow me to turn it back on with out automatically switching even moving a feet or few feet. Other than that I love it and the 360 feature is incredible along with his well the noise cancelling feature works. Great buy!

The first 1.5 were great, had no issues with them. The sound was good enough and they were better at noise canceling than my over ear headphones so great on flights to drown out engine noise. But starting a few months ago, the left earbud has a battery life of about 8 minutes and the right gets about 25. For the money, frustrating to not get 2 years out of a product.

The the case is matte black and scuffs super easy. I previously had the white ones and the inside coating if paint wore down really quick which made the inside look real dirty. The exterior was great tho and felt higher quality than this one. This version feels a little cheaper made. Other than that its great sound and easy to use.

Connectivity can be spotty

The bluetooth connection can be a little spotty sometimes. I'll have music playing, but when my phone rings, it won't answer the call in the headphones. Only happens on occasion and it's when I have more than one phone connected, hoping a software update will fix that; It's the only reason these aren't five stars for me.

I have a Samaung S21 Ultra and an iPhone 12. I really loved that the earbuds and the app paired very well with both devices and I could connect the headphones to both devices at once, if I wanted. I loved that! I previously had the 1st generation Samsung earbuds, which I loved until a shortage took out my left bud. These reminded me of those. I also loved the compact size of the charging case. The noise cancelling is good as well. On the flip side, these buds did not fit into my ears. I had to force them and turn them and they still didn't fit well, even with the smallest tips. When is I'd turn my head left and right, the buds would disconnect and reconnect. I wouldn't dare run in these. They have nothing to secure them in your ear, so they need to fit perfectly or it'll never work. They also didn't get loud enough for me. I took these back after a week and replaced them with the Bose Quietcomfort (not the II). LOOOOOOVE those earbuds and the flexible wingtip for your ear. Overall.... these are are solid earbuds, but if you have small ears, these probably aren't for you. If you like your music loud, these aren't for you. GREAT for conversations though! They really cancel out background noise so your caller hears you super clear (unless there are people talking around you. It picks up voices).

They’re the second best sounding earbuds I’ve used, right behind the AirPods Pro 2, and even then they’re pretty close. They have a lot of nice features and they are very customizable thanks to Sony’s app. ANC is pretty good, although they’re behind Apple imo, and same with transparency mode. I had some issues with multi point connection and i ended up disabling that feature. But overall they’re really good.
