Great earbuds!

The only issue is the touch settings. Any time you adjust the earbud it will automatically trigger the little touch buttons and that’s annoying

Good for the price. Great on sale

They feel good, sound great, and are very easy to setup and use. Battery life is superb and these earbuds live up to the Sony name. Only complaint that i might have is keeping them in for long periods of time (5+ hours or more) starts to irritate my ears. Connectivity while walking can also be a bit glitchy at times, but supports a far range and doesn’t often trip up.

After about a month I started hearing a loud static, popping noise and the music would cut out. I have had Sony over the ear headphones that did the same thing. Will be taking back for another brand. Luckily I always get the warranty on electronics.

Best Sounding Buds I’ve used

I got these today set up & wore for hrs. Getting used to touch control was a slight learning curve. Just have to lightly tap bud for volume, track change etc. Buds themself are sneak & SUPER LIGHT weight, wore for about 2+ hours I’d say comfort level is 7\8 new foams can make a 10 ( easy fix) app is decent, used EQ and sound/ music is perfect for me now. I own Jabra 75T, Beats Fit Pros & ditched the Air pod pros a while back. These are hands down best sounding buds I’ve used to date. ANC is solid also. Beats FIT PROS were my favorite till today ( I’ll still use) Hoping an update allows the face touch instead of having to touch bud like the Linksbuds ( donuts) offer- cool feature. So in short: Sound, quality, size, ease of use 100% solid! The case not being wireless is just dead wrong now a days! I was close to getting XM4 , but size isn’t too my liking. Good purchase

Good earbuds but have some battery issue

The earbud has been working OK but as soon as I got the earbud, I noticed there're some uneven battery drain from the earbuds, right earbud usuall drains faster than the left ear. I thought this was a minor problem and ignored but recently the problem got worse since right earbud cannot be full charged. When I take out the earbuds from the case after a full charge during the night, the left earbuds shows 100% and right one only shows 85%, I think the battery for the right one will die out soon also I'm out of warranty..

This operation resets volume settings, etc. to the factory settings, and deletes all pairing information. In this case, delete the pairing information for the headset from the connected device and then pair them again.

10/10 Earbuds (I’ve purchased them twice)

I will say this however, the first pair I owned only lasted me a little over a year (a full charge would only last 20 minutes, everything else was fine) . I feel Like most earbuds last around that long before having issues though. I bought another pair because apart from that issue, I love everything else. Overall, as of March 2024, I prefer these over any other earbuds. Including the newer 1000xm5s. :)

Good use for the cost

Have enough base and regular sound however i wish that these would have the ability to have play and pause on both sides. If you use only one you are stuff with just the settings you have for either side.i would say this is a good entry level sony buds that wont break the bank.

Great sound and great noise cancelling. As expected the battery does not last as long when using noise suppression. Ambient sound works well. Fit in the ears nicely. Haven't had one fall out yet.

One earphone just stopped working completely, and the charging box had issues keeping juice. I wouldn’t recommend or purchase this product again

What I love: - Awesome snug fit, won't fall out - Excellent touch and grip - Fantastic noise cancelling both active and passive - Great sound, loud and clear - 10/10 across the board, light, durable, stylish, cool software, eco friendly Could use polish: - I would prefer more crisp highs frequencies (more or composite drivers?) - LDAC took me some work to setup and enable (which makes a huge difference, so do it) - Aptx would be nice (gaming mode) - simultaneous multiple phones connect would be great (that i love on my XM5 which is also a 10 out of 10 Sony product)

Great Headphones

Overall, I really enjoy them, they're lightweight, comfortable and sound great. I have had occasional issues with them disconnecting on their own, hence the 4-star rating, but this is fairly rare. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for noise canceling earbuds.

This is definitely not the news that we would like to hear. Using headphones in a crowded place, such as on a train or busy road, nearby devices may interrupt Bluetooth communication and cause sound interruptions, interference, or noise. If the issue doesn't occur at home or with fewer nearby devices, it is Bluetooth communication interference causing the issue, and not the headphones.
