Replaced Sony WF-1000X

The batteries were dyeing on my old Sony wf-1000x (the first generation ones). They were good for their time, but these are lighter, fit better, have better noise cancelation, are better for phone calls, and sound at least as good. I also have a set of WH-1000XM4 over the ear that are excellent, especially on a plane, but I can only wear them for so long. I cannot compare sound to the new pixel buds pro, but I like that these are smaller in the ear. I do wish they had more control over what the tap effects do... I don't use spotify, so being able to assign double-tap to bring up the google assistant would be nice.

Ambient sounds passthrough works excellent if you manually select it yourself. The "Adaptive" ambient aware is not the best when trying to determine when ambient sound should be on or not. I was told that background voices come through really loud during phone calls. Bettery life is great, as advertised. Pretty good set of buds.

Great for people with weird ears, and normal ears

Even the most expensive, customizable earbuds on the planet fall out, no matter what activity I am doing. Earbuds for big ears, little ears, custom earbuds, nothing works, and I hate earbuds. However, this is the first set of earbuds that ever actually stayed in my ears. Don’t get me wrong, I had a few moments were just bending over one would fall out for seemingly no reason, but overall they are really really awesome.

Sony in Ear Headphones

After about a month I started hearing a loud static, popping noise and the music would cut out. I have had Sony over the ear headphones that did the same thing. Will be taking back for another brand. Luckily I always get the warranty on electronics.

Good all around ear bud

The available app allows you to control different bass and treble frequencies to customize the sound. Once originally connected they automatically connect once removed from the case. For ear buds in general their battery life is good and they seem to be of decent quality overall. I use as a bluetooth headset as a delivery driver and to listen to music at the gym and around the house. Obviously more expensive versions will have more features and better sound but for a solid set of ear buds for daily activities these are a good option.

Great sound and great noise cancelling. As expected the battery does not last as long when using noise suppression. Ambient sound works well. Fit in the ears nicely. Haven't had one fall out yet.

Great Headphones

Overall, I really enjoy them, they're lightweight, comfortable and sound great. I have had occasional issues with them disconnecting on their own, hence the 4-star rating, but this is fairly rare. I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for noise canceling earbuds.

This is definitely not the news that we would like to hear. Using headphones in a crowded place, such as on a train or busy road, nearby devices may interrupt Bluetooth communication and cause sound interruptions, interference, or noise. If the issue doesn't occur at home or with fewer nearby devices, it is Bluetooth communication interference causing the issue, and not the headphones. But after a year of use, the left earphone doesnt last for more than 5 minutes, looks like a faulty battery. I had bought 2 of these, the other one was for my brother. That one also has the same issue after 6 months of use.

They don't last long ....

The downside is if you want to use only one earbud for a phone call, you can only use the left one solo so it must drain the battery life in that one. Now it doesn't fully charge to 100% and it only lasts about 20 minutes while I'm using it. Once it dies, I can't just transition to using the right one on its own. I would recommend finding earbuds where the right OR left can be used alone. Otherwise, the sound quality of the buds are good for music and phone calls.
