Can't use for sleep due to LOUD ALERT

The Sony WF-1000XM4 were way too big for my ears, and these are small enough that they work. I need to wear earbuds for sleeping due to loud neighbors. Sigh. A huge downside of these is that there is a loud "Low Battery" alert that goes off when the battery is almost empty. I went into the app, and turned off alerts and warnings. However, it says that some will continue to be sent regardless, and I guess this is one of them. It's awful to be woken up in the middle of the night by this. It almost defeats the purpose of using these to get a restful night's sleep, and I am considering returning them for that purpose. SONY - PLEASE MAKE IT CONFIGURABLE TO TURN OFF LOW BATTERY ALERT.

Great earbuds with some flaws

Issues with connection stability with LDAC , which should be ironed out, since these are advertised as hi-fi earbuds. Touch controls need to be customizable. What Sony calls customizable, is anything but.

When you play audio with LDAC, data transmission volume increases. Your input with the customizable touch controls is truly appreciated. You can actually change the function assignments to the touch sensors of the left and right units using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app. For example, the music playback function that is assigned to the touch sensor of the right unit in the factory settings can be changed to the touch sensor of the left unit. You can also change the settings that do not assign the music playback function, noise canceling function, Ambient Sound Mode and playback volume adjustment function, etc. For reference, you may check out the following links:

This the first pair of expensive earbuds that actually work with no problems that i bought. The active noise cancellation is freaking amazing and so futuristic. So these are so great that I told my daughter to throw away the earbuds she had and I gave her these. Im going to buy new earbuds.

Without drawing this out too long, here is my conclusion: Best sound quality was Apple. Could also connect to anything. However apple’s ear tips have a fit that takes some getting used to. If you want an earbud with a traditional in ear tip, great sound, good bass, and don’t plan on using them with your TV, these are the best. Only complaint I have is that the ambient sound function cannot be turned off for calls, so you just have to hear background sounds during your call. That seems like a big oversight in design.

Great, high quality headphones

I saw that these were more sleek and smaller which was perfect for ke. They pair easily with my iphone and the active noise cancelling is as good as my airpods were. Great buy at only half the price at the time I purchased compared to the airpod pros.

Nice Buds, Great Sound for the Price

Sound Quality is excellent. Wireless and Bluetooth are excellent and easy to connect. Battery Life is long lasting even using all the features. Durable and sweat resistant. Read some complaints about fit and using for workouts. I have had no issues, running, biking. Once you find the right buds the fit is perfect and natural feeling. Overall, a very nice product. Bought on sale so definitely worth the price. My only complaint would be the noise cancelling, its good but there is still some outside bleed thru, even after waiting for a few weeks and calibrating the noise cancelling feature, also be careful when adjusting buds in ear, the side buttons are very sensitive.

Almost perfect

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The sound quality is great, they are surprisingly comfortable even after extended periods of use, and the ambient sound feature works better than I expected. My biggest issue with them is the battery life. For me the battery lasts between 5 and 6 hours for each earbud before needing to recharge. The case holds about 20 hours worth of power for both earbuds. Despite this, they do charge fairly quickly allowing me to get about an hour of use after 10-15 minutes of charging. Another feature that is not included is wireless charging, requiring you to charge the case via USB-C cable. Overall, they are a very solid pair of earbuds.
