The controls are a lot to learn but once you’ve got them down it’s great. These don’t fall out of my ears and the noise cancelling is truly noise canceling. Also the battery life is ridiculous I can not charge the case for days and still have life left.

From Good to Bad

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked these up in early 2023 and they worked pretty good for what I needed out of them. They were always a little finicky if you swapped out the buds quickly from the case, with them sometimes dropping off and not connecting to Sonys app. Aside from that I thought they were fantastic... That is, until a few weeks ago, I finally had them updated through the app (something I'm always lagging behind on) and now my right earbud can barely make it past 45 minutes of play time. It sounds like this was a common issue after a software update released by Sony in the past year. Before this update I would have said definitely recommend, but I don't think I could recommend them now and I don't think my overall confidence in this product will ever recover. Good: -Small form factor -good sound -durable enough (dropped the left earbud a few times after taking my helmet off) -good price when on sale Bad: -software -battery life (unknown if 100% software or hardware related)

I tried a load of different earbuds that I do enjoy as much as these from the AirPod pros a bunch of the New beats products and the bose,  they are extremely comfortable very small so they fit in your ears and the sound quality is incredible. The app is easy to use, overall 10/10

Battery life is about what I expected, though I've had better. The bluetooth isn't amazing though. It's a shorter range than my old, cheaper, skullcandies and gets interrupted easier. They're a decent pair of headphones but I'm honestly probably going to go back to skullcandy after these are done. However if they're on sale they're a pretty good pair.

You can program it to go into noise cancelation depending the environment (yes it's a bit smart). Also phone calls are amazing, for not only can you hear the opposite end clearly. They can hear you clearly and not get overwhelmed by the background noise which is a huge plus!

They sound good and are built well and everything is nice. Sometimes the bluetooth connectivity is a bit fussy/unreliable. Sony's app isn't great, also.

I’ve only used other people’s AirPod Pros and they seemed nice but I still think I’d take these.

Sound is great. I use them mostly for podcast with occasionally listening to music. Love the multi device bluetooth link feature (reason why I bought them). Battery life has not been a problem.
