The sound is really good. Only downside is that the shape is not stable in your ears and can easily fell down

The charge lasts forever and recharges quickly. One less star because they do fall out of my ears if I lean forward.

More comfortable than APP2. The sound is good as well. 2-touch connectivity works well but I'd wish it was able to connect to at least 3 devices

Not built to last

The left ear bud lasts just minutes and the right, maybe an hour. Definitely not worth the money if they can’t even last two years.

We regret to hear that you are having an issue with the battery life of the LinkBuds S. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app).
Make sure to charge both earbuds sufficiently. Place both earbuds properly on the charging case. Please note that usage hours may vary depending on the settings and usage conditions. You may refer to this link for more information:

Thanks for sharing your honest review. We appreciate your feedback regarding the use of only one unit of the headset. The Sony LinkBuds S support the use of one unit by itself. This means they can be configured to only output sound to one earbud, while the other earbud stays in the charging case. If you want to use only one side of the earbuds (only the Left or only the Right), check that the earbud you want to use by itself is set to Playback control. These are durible and work amazing. Battery life is good and the noise canceling very nice. I even use them to mow the yard or do things auround the house.

Better than the XM4 buds

These are smaller and more comfortable than the XM4 buds. I returned those to get this pair and I am much happier with my purchase. I like the Google Assistant integration. The ambient mode is nice for environments where you need to hear your surroundings.

The app also allows you to customize the buds to your liking. The only thing missing is wireless charging. Battery life will decrease when using anc or ambient sound.
