Not sure what to expect

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really looking forward to expanding my earbuds experience with these, but unfortunately, less than a month in, the right earbud stopped working completely. For something in this price range, that’s pretty disappointing. I’ve used several of JLab’s $20 wireless headphones in the past and never had an issue like this, so I expected better here. I’d strongly recommend getting Geek Squad protection if you decide to go with these, just in case. Based on my experience, I can only give this product 1 star. Just a heads up to anyone considering it, might want to think twice.

Left ear has always had issues.

Maybe the bluetooth isnt steong enlugh with multiple frequencies around me. The rest of the time the left ear had been ok. But now my left ear when running makes a terrible almost suction cup noise while moving. I dont know if the internals came loose or whag happened. But if tou get these. Get geeksquad

Beware software/batter issues

But after that the right earbud started to deplete so fast that the buds would not last over 45m this is apparently a known issue with not just these but the WX models. My device was out of warranty and I was reffered to a repair/servicer who wanted me to pay more than 60$ to replace/service the buds. Not okay considering this seems to be a very common issue with this and the WX model, yet no recall or service route for these deffects is available.
