These steps may also help resolve the issue:
-Connect the Bluetooth device to the headset once again.
-The inside of the sound output parts and air holes on the headset are not completely watertight. If any water droplets are left inside the sound output parts or air holes on the headset, the sound level becomes low temporarily, but this is not a malfunction. Please refer to the link below and dry the headset as described before use.

For receiving a call, When you hear a ring tone, tap the left or right unit of the headset or in the area near your ear twice quickly (with an interval of about 0.2 seconds) and receive the call.
A voice will be heard from the headset. When you receive an incoming call while you are listening to music, playback pauses and a ring tone will be heard from the headset. You can talk using the microphones on the headset.

While we're happy that you like the small, lightweight design, we regret to hear the LinkBuds did not fit you well causing them to fall out. This is definitely not the customer experience we want you to have. We appreciate your effort on trying all the fitting supporters that came with the unit. If the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. The LinkBuds may also fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.

• Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears.
• Select a different size fitting supporter and align the protruding part of the LinkBud with the cutout on the fitting supporter. Make sure to insert the fitting supporter completely. (The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different)
• After attaching the fitting supporter, check that there is no movement on the LinkBuds. (Shake your head back and forth.)
Note: If they fall off or move in your ears when you shake your head, select a different size. The best fitting supporter may be different for each ear.

The tap detection function, Bluetooth pairing, or sound quality can be affected if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears. They may also fall out or feel uncomfortable during use.

Medium-sized (M) ear fitting supporters are attached to the LinkBuds at the time of the purchase. If they are too big or too small, select a different fitting supporter to help the LinkBuds fit better and feel more comfortable. We recommend starting with the larger sizes and working your way down to the smaller sizes until you find the best fit.

Note: The best fitting supporter may be different for each ear.
