    THEY SUCK!!!!uncomfortable, very low volume. Can't find the reset spot without slapping myself on the head, REPEATEDLY. Owned 4 pr of WB series. Much better.

    Glitchy Bluetooth Connectivity

    While they come as advertised, the bluetooth connectivity wasn't good. Could not connect to either my Television or my home computer. Even tried my work computer, and no luck. They easily connected to my iPad and phone (Galaxy Note). But these "should" connect to everything, and this pair did not. Returning.

    I really wanted to like these but when google assistant is assigned to one ear, headphones will only work with both in or that earbud. Other earbud that isn't assigned to google assistant will not work on its own. Also, case feels cheap.

      Thanks for reaching out to us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the use of only one unit of the headset and charging case. Your LinkBuds are not only designed to be stylish but also with the environment in mind, using recycled plastic materials for aesthetic parts and plastic-free packaging. Depending on the assignment of the touch sensors and/or the Voice Assistant setting, you may only be able to use one unit of the headset.

      Note:
      • The Google Assistant feature can be assigned to either the left or right unit of the headset. These models do not support using the function on both sides simultaneously.
      • If you want to use only one earbud while using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, you must use the side setup (assigned) with the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa function. The other side will not work alone.
      • If you aren't using the Google Assistant function, you can remove the earbud you want to use from the charging case and use it by itself.
      • When Service Link is turned on with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, use the right unit of the headset. You cannot use only the left unit of the headset.

    Interesting concept for earbuds but executed horri

    Buyer beware. Comfort The ear buds are painful. The part that sits in the ear canal is a hard plastic that is very uncomfortable. The adjustable rings offer no additional support, they just fall out anyway. Sound quality Terrible. Zero bass, the mids and the high also really underwhelm. Product quality Only the right bud will work by itself. This is unacceptable at this price point The "5 hour" battery lasts about 2 at mid volume. Often the google assistant will activate itself when not prompted and wont activate when you want it to. Often the buds wont "click in" to the charger and wont charge. Interesting concept for earbuds but executed horribly

      As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headset, try to change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different.     Nope dont get them

    I looked forward to getting these. got them, they connect to my phone... Not flawlessly and not perfect.. low sound quality no audio pass through Samsung buds do a better job at passing audio and even amplifying it. i own a pixel, and the poor headphones dont know what to do with themselves i am kicking myself for not getting a different pair maybe i can still get my money back

    2 Defective Products. 3rd Time's the Charm??!!

    Initially liked the product but within 2 months there was an annoying rattling in the left earbud that required a product replacement. The next product that I received *arrived* broken with the right earbud not working at all. With no option but to spend my own money on a box and shipping materials to return the product (again), I am extremely frustrated. Would not purchase again.

    The Sony rep in the store recommended these earbuds over Beats. They are very, very uncomfortable. In fact, I have never owned a pair more uncomfortable than these. Additionally I couldn't hear a thing when flying.
