While we are glad that the LinkBuds come as advertised and easily pairs with your phone and iPad, we regret that you're unable to connect them to your TV or computer. This is definitely not the experience we'd like you to have. Allow us to help and turn this into a better experience.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We appreciate your feedback regarding the use of only one unit of the headset and charging case. Your LinkBuds are not only designed to be stylish but also with the environment in mind, using recycled plastic materials for aesthetic parts and plastic-free packaging. Depending on the assignment of the touch sensors and/or the Voice Assistant setting, you may only be able to use one unit of the headset.

Note:
• The Google Assistant feature can be assigned to either the left or right unit of the headset. These models do not support using the function on both sides simultaneously.
• If you want to use only one earbud while using Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, you must use the side setup (assigned) with the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa function. The other side will not work alone.
• If you aren't using the Google Assistant function, you can remove the earbud you want to use from the charging case and use it by itself.
• When Service Link is turned on with the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app, use the right unit of the headset. You cannot use only the left unit of the headset.

If the headset is not worn properly in your ears, you may not obtain the correct sound qualities or call performance. If the part of the headset where sound is output is not oriented correctly toward the ear canal, the sound quality may sound poor or the left and right sound localization may sound misaligned. The LinkBuds may also fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the LinkBuds properly or the ear fitting supporters are not correct for your ears.

As a suggestion, to reduce discomfort while wearing the headset, try to change the fitting supporters to another size that fits your ears better. The size of the left and right fitting supporters may be different. For low sound quality. as a suggestion, check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Also, switch the Bluetooth connection to A2DP with the connected device when the headset and the transmitting Bluetooth device are connected via an HFP or HSP Bluetooth connection.
